$180 for getting my car towed is insane. They can really just charge whatever prices they want it's crazy

Horribly rude! The man who answered the phone didn’t care that I was on the side of the road in an unsafe place in the dark as a woman. Absolutely disgusting.

Boise Valley Towing is a criminal operation. My car was parked near my house where there is brand new signage by Boise Parks and Recreation. The sign is littered with information including a convoluted paragraph about parking. In all caps, it states: “PARK YOUR VEHICLE legally.” Then in small letters, “Vehicles parked in "No Parking" or left after sunset will be towed at owner's risk and expense.”
Sunset today was at 5:29PM. According to Google, Boise Valley Towing closed at 5PM and will not open until 8AM tomorrow. Apple Maps indicates that Boise Valley Towing is open 24 hours. Nobody has picked up the phone.

On 10-4-24, less than a week prior to writing this, Tony towed our car after we called our insurance company for a flat tire on I-84. We requested it towed to Big-O on Broadway. He failed to complete this. When we picked our car up, from the wrong shop, the suspension was damaged. It's yet to be determined what's wrong with the car now. When we called to ask about what happened, we talked to a lady on the phone. She was extremely condescending and rude, and explained to us that it was impossible for them to have caused damage to the car because they put it on a flatbed. Tony, apparently from his personal phone (mind you; he never called us to tell us he was picking the car up, which is standard tow truck S.O.P., or that he dropped it off, etc.) left a voicemail on my wife's phone. She returned the call. It went straight to voicemail.
All of that was barely acceptable. Today, Sunday, Tony showed up to MY WIFE'S JOB. Told all of her coworkers, in front of all of their clients, that my wife owed him money... WHAT?!!!
We called our insurance company for a simple tow after a flat, and now an extremely unprofessional rogue employee from Boise Valley Towing somehow discovered where my wife works and is now harassing and embarrassing her over $44 dollars? A $44 that we're not even sure is our responsibility. We called our insurance company, aren't they paying for the tow? Completely unacceptable behavior, literally zero sense of professionalism.

My wife parked in a poorly marked motorcycle parking and got towed. Had our 2 small kids in car seats and her stranded 2 hours away from me. Doesn’t say on the sign they’ll be towed. What a terrible group of people. Just a bunch of money sucking POS!

I got my 32 ft. RV stuck (and i mean stuck) in the mud. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the two gentlemen who came to my rescue. Will and Steve went above and beyond my expectations. For under $1100, they winched me out, saved my rig and had me on my way in no time. They even escorted me out to the paved road. They were both very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend Boise Valley Towing to everyone. Thank you Will, Steve and Boise Valley Towing.

I got my Toyota Camry stuck in deep snow at Portner Rd and Pioneer Lane. Pioneer Lane had not been plowed since the snow started falling last week. I didn’t know that so I didn’t know how deep the snow was. A neighbor tried to push me back onto Portner Rd but the snow was too deep and dense and the rd underneath was sheet ice. My insurance company called Boise Valley Towing to get my car free of the snow. The young man who came was Trevor, and very good at his job. He determined that because it was was snowing so thick and fast ever since I got stuck that it would be safest to put my car on the truck bed and drive it to my mobile home. When Trevor got it to my residence he got out and shoveled the heavy thick new snow in the culdesac from in front of my carport and then drove my car slowly off the tow truck and into the carport. Trevor went above and beyond to make sure I got home without getting stuck agsin. He was so very kind. I highly recommend them for their great quality of work and integrity, Thank you Trevor and Boise Valley Towing!!

My car broke down and I needed a tow to an auto repair shop. I was connected with Boise Valley Towing through my insurance’s road side assistance. Kefir came and picked up my car and was awesome! Really positive, nice, and patient. I really appreciated his help!
