Bought a new home and was searching for a new couch for weeks. Ended up going to furniture outfitters as our last stop and fell in love with the first couch we saw. Chad let us know that there was the same couch coming in a different color and he would notify us when it came in. Once it came in he called us and we came in the same day and bought it he was so helpful in choosing the right couch for the space in our new home and truly cared about what we wanted and what our budget was! All we can say is WOW. From start to finish, Chad and his team took great care of us, listened to our questions / concerns, and paired us with furniture pieces that really made our house a home.My wife and I recently happened upon Furniture Outfitters by word of mouth recommendation and decided to give it a try. Within our first 5 minutes in the showroom, we knew we would find exactly what we were looking for. FO seems to have a fantastic selection of pieces, hand-picked and carefully selected to keep current with popular trends, but also to provide function WITH fashion.Chad guided us through several options, but was always listening for what we wanted, and what we were ultimately searching for. The result was us finding a bed frame and sectional that we LOVE. Delivery occurred within 3 days of purchase, and the delivery team was fantastic. They made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it, put together properly, and that we were completely satisfied before they left.Altogether, a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back for more!

Recently purchased a couch from them. Tabitha was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to our wants and needs and helped us find options that worked great. We ordered one to get the color/fabric we wanted. It was delivered a week early by a great team of delivery guys. great experience throughout.

A great shopping experience, they were helpful without breathing down your neck while you looked around like at some furniture stores. When I wasn’t able to pick up the item I purchased immediately they were flexible and very patient.

We came in looking for a couch to put in our loft. Tabitha was great in assisting us in our search. When the couch was delivered, it unfortunately wouldn't go up our steps without causing damage. We were able to go in, choose a different option that was in stock and have it delivered without issue 2 days later. We would absolutely recommend Furniture Outfitters and Tabitha to anyone looking to furnish a space in your home.

Spoke with the owner who was super kind and helpful. No pressure sales. Said they could deliver my furniture next day, then ended up being able to deliver within about an hour. Insanely quick! Very courteous staff. Great place to look for mid century pieces.
