Bought a used 2021 GMC Yukon and could not be happier with the experience. Parker made sure the process went smooth despite driving most of the day to get there. When we got home and noticed something on the car was not up to our satisfaction, he made sure that they made it right. Will likely buy another from Parker in the near future.

This is the 2nd time I have bought a car from Kendall. The first time everything was great, except for an incident at the "Value Lot" but that got handled in house. Evidently the second time was not "the time" because this has turned out way worse than the time before.
If i were to sum it up, the sales people that are at Kendall this time are no better than the stereotypical "used car salesman". I say this because they are all lairs. Now don't get me wrong they didn't out and out lie because then that wouldn't work. What they did was worse. The lied by omission. For me that is way worse that flat out lieing and as everyone should know a lie of omission is still a lie.
They left out the fact that Kia and Hyundai were in a lawsuit with the US government and now, because of the lawsuit I have to pay so much for insurance that it is ridicules. One company said I had to pay 1,400.00 for 6 months because of the lawsuit.
Now we bought the car without this information but had we know would it have changed our choice or vehicle or would we have waited for the lawsuit to be settled? Absolutely. I would never get into bed with a company that is currently being sued or under indictment as who knows what could happen to me or my car, that I need. But to allow someone, who clearly knows nothing of the suit being brought or on going, to buy something that can hurt them after trading in vehicles and putting a lot of money down to basically not be able to afford anything past that is something everyone should be ashamed of.
But what if they didn't know? Its their job to know and to present information the buyer might not even be aware of. Just live when I work in tech support. It was my job to know every bit of the tech I was supporting so something like this should have been in their KB or as a pop up that the customer be informed. and since none of this was done or is a thing, as it would have altered our choice of car, I can only assume that this is not a thing or was willfully ignored.
And before anyone says anything I know Kendall employees are not commission based sales people but it sure feels that way knowing what I know now.
What I can say moving forward is this is a company that doesn't care about their customers and customer base, as well as this is a company that I will never go to again and I will be sure to warn off all my friends.

Terrible rip off and I pulled in at 7:30 am with one flat tire and only 1100 miles on my tires. I was just off work. They talked me into 4 brand new tires but then they too 9 hours to put the tires on!When I called at noon, they didn’t know how much longer it would take. Terrible service and I ended up having to stay awake and miss work.I should have called GEICO and they would have came and put my spare on and I could have gone to Costco or Walmart or Lithia Fird- an honest dealer.Even cheap new tires should last at least 40k miles but my vehicle was bought new last year and only gas 1,100 miles on it. Costco would have given credit for good tires- even if they were not bought there.Terrible experience terrible service!

My experience with Kendall was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Like most of us today, I started the buying process online, picking out the vehicle I wanted and then sending them the vin and pictures of my trade. They quickly provided me with a tentative offer, which was good, so I went to the dealership with my trade. They inspected my trade and their original offer stood so I signed the offer and so did the sales manager. My financing was already approved so I was just waiting for the business office. During this time I even downloaded the Fordpass app where the vehicle was registered in my name and I changed my codes for the vehicle. I was at the dealership for about two hours when I was called back to the business office to complete my paperwork and leave with the vehicle. As the business manager and I were completing the paperwork, a sales manager barged in and said that he made an "egregious error" and that he over valued my trade. He said he can "re-do" the numbers but also added that my trade was worth $15k less than what we had agreed on. Then he insulted me by asking me if I really thought my vehicle was worth that much. I told them that they're not getting one dollar more from me than what we had agreed upon and he said that they have to take their offer back. The next day, the GM called and asked me what they can do to get my business back. It's even more insulting that he would suggest that and that suggestion is very close to pure stupidity or arrogance. I have bought many cars and I have never seen behavior like this from any dealership. The salesman even said that if I had left with the vehicle that night, they would have only had to come and get it the next day. These people are the worst of the worst, I'd strongly recommend staying away.

After having a nightmare experience with Kendall auto mall in nampa. I was very reluctant of coming to another Kendall store, Rigo, and the team was amazing to me. Worked to make my purchase successful and enjoy this car buying experience. What a night and day difference from one to another. Rigo and the team will see me back on my next purchase. Thank you team.

Super rude and unpleasant to work with, will never go back to Kendall or refer others. They rely on impatient, rude, and snarky people to schedule appointments, worked with a Kirsten/Kristen - super unprofessional for a car biz that's been active so long.

Service scheduling supervisor is horrible, unethical, irrelevant to her job position. Hopefully sooner rather than later she will be removed.

Kirsten S. At the front desk was very rude and disrespectful.. Very disappointed considering I've always been treated well at the sales office.. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Don't forget customers come first in business.

This is an Extremely Toxic work environment, starting at the GMs desk. He runs around telling people “this is Disneyland†and in the next breath is threatening their jobs and cursing at employees. Do people quit managers or quit jobs? Either way, the GM is the face of Kendall Ford & neither can keep employees!
