Pharmacy continues to get worse. Very slow filling prescriptions. New staff is lost, doesn't seem to know what is going on. Guesses instead of getting facts concerning refills. This place has been understaffed for a long time and it's only getting worse!

Called in 2 scripts on Friday. It is Monday...1 filled 1 not...in 20 minutes so far. Not that many people here. My last shot with these guys. Not the first time this has happened.

Staff often has trouble getting the correct medicine, is usually slow, and most of the staff is rude. Mike is the only person who does their job, and is the only reason I like about Rite Aid
