So I'm going to store to pay my bill they ask me is it cash? I say yes they say cool so I start to pay with cash lady that was help Then said sorry I have no change.so I went to go get exact change.Then I come back then I get I'm sorry there a $3 charge on top of that so I feel like these people here at this store does not want to work. I feel like they're lazy and they're no service. Never Returney to the store.

Thank you Brandon! It seemed like our account presented a lot of unique road blocks and challenges. Despite all that, Brandon was patient and thorough. He ensured that any issues we might face were resolved before we left the store. We greatly appreciate that, living in a remote location far from any Verizon stores. Spent over a month trying to transfer phones. They were very rude and kept sending me away with excuses of being "the other carriers fault", kept having me call other carrier, waiting times of an hour average. Didn't even look into the phones themselves. Kept saying account looks good. Last visit I literally waited an hour, sat in chair, she said "phones locked so we can't help you." And did not look at my phone.Finally got fed up and ported out. In pursuit of porting out, I discovered they gave me new phone numbers instead of porting my old numbers. And if they looked at the phones, they would have seen that. That is why calls out were fine but calls in were not. Two phones never left old carrier. My bíll at Verizon for all this was $600... for one phone working for 5 days use. They charged all 3 for 2 months of "use" on non-usable numbers.***Edit** WeCare@victra ignored my email too

The lady that help me completely lied to me just to get a quick buck. When we came in to talk to someone every one was “busy”. If you want to get lied to and bad customer service come to this store!

Needed to set up a private wifi for my mothere in a retirement center. Lisa was excellent and smoothly handled what could have been a process as fun as a root canal. Even got me laughing!
