I just stopped by to get a new battery and air filter, and Chris set aside what he was doing to help me find the right fit for my car. He also installed the battery for me, and made it seem like no trouble at all even though there was a chilling wind and he had to brush a good deal of corrosion off. Thanks, Chris!

I would have to say I am always coming back here ! I had a headlight out on my Buick Enclave 2011 and the worker Nicholas S helped put it in for me ! It was not an easy job ! The help he gave was incredible ! I am going to always come here and so should you !

There was a gentleman there that helped me so much-he helped me with my power steering fluid as I have no idea as to what I was doing -he checked it and filled it for me-he was wonderful and so kind -they are all so helpful!!

They took my battery to charge and test it. I was told they would call next day on a Sunday but no call. Monday I stopped by and they couldn't find it. They refunded me the cost of the battery. I asked for some information on a battery terminal I had ordered and the kid went back to check on it. 10 minutes later I left and ordered the part online since he never came back. I let the manager know before I left.

Chris D and Forrest were the absolute best this morning! I went in after working a night shift to buy a new battery for my truck and without asking they offered to install it for me. I drove off 15 minutes later with a brand new fully installed battery. It was very cold out and there were a few extra steps needed to get the battery out but Chris D went above and beyond to help me. Thank you guys!!

My car battery died after a very long day at work and I went to AutoZone to get a replacement. The service I received was truly amazing. All of the staff members were kind and helpful. Michael, specifically, was who assisted me in changing the battery. We ran into a couple of complications with parts on the battery not being cooperative - he was patient, determined, and attentive. He made a rough day so much better by being friendly and professional. Thank you, Michael!!! And thank you, AutoZone!!!

Great customer service. Needed a headlight for my car, was looking through the book to figure out which one. Employee said he could look it up on their computer and got the right one instantly.In and out very quick. Not pushy to spend more than I wanted or needed too.
