We had Roman Adams do our taxes for 2024 and he did a TERRIBLE job! It took him almost 2 hours to do our taxes, which we had no big life events or anything complicated and he still messed up so much information. He told us we would owe the state taxes, but then a few weeks later we got a refund from the state (thankful it wasn't the other way around though). Then, he did not put our information in correctly so we had to do a bunch of extra stuff with the IRS to verify we are who we say we are. Then, it turns out he completely entered someone else's account information for direct deposit. We filed on Fed. 3rd and STILL have not gotten our refund yet. Taxes are such a delicate thing to deal with and should NOT be messed up this badly.

Do not go here!!!!! They will get your direct deposit information WRONG every single time! GO ELSEWHERE. i highly suggest not going here.
DO NOT TRUST ROMAN ADAMS!

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life filing my taxes, this location has poor communication skills. Also I was assigned Two Mr. Roman, someone who is new and unprofessional I will stay away from this location.

I would highly recommend H&R. I went to the Neider location in CDA last year and this year. Nick was amazing, will be going back to him every year he is available. Everyone there is friendly.

Do not go to this place. Employees are not discreet when handling private matters amongst other employees. A “tax expert” who had no prior knowledge of my paperwork called me a blatant liar behind my back even though she never dealt with me directly.

I called to ask a couple of questions, H&R Prepare at this location, was extremely rude and Was acting agitated for me even asking questions and was arguing with me about my questions. Had to hung up on her because she was so rude
