I would highly recommend H&R. I went to the Neider location in CDA last year and this year. Nick was amazing, will be going back to him every year he is available. Everyone there is friendly.

Do not go to this place. Employees are not discreet when handling private matters amongst other employees. A “tax expert” who had no prior knowledge of my paperwork called me a blatant liar behind my back even though she never dealt with me directly.

I called to ask a couple of questions, H&R Prepare at this location, was extremely rude and Was acting agitated for me even asking questions and was arguing with me about my questions. Had to hung up on her because she was so rude

I went to H&R on February 8th to file my tax return. I called them and kept getting told that it was just the IRS that was taking so long, I believed it. Then in June, I was able to talk to 1 man who was nice enough to tell me it NEVER got sent out, and took the initiative to file it that day, which was June 10th. It's September now, and I went in and talked to the owner/ main manager after being told to bring my ID so they could put the money on a new card for me. It never happened bc she was looking at the wrong tax return of mine. She had no remorse for that, told me that it didn't matter that my return was sent out months after I filed, "bc the IRS is just now looking at them." She made it apparent that she was bothered that I wanted copies of my information, bc getting on a computer to print them is just too hard I guess. I called another tax preparer and she said yes, it does matter, I would've gotten my tax return sooner then whenever I will now. I called the IRS and am thankful for the man who sent it out. It did confirm it was sent June 10th. The way I was treated, the lack of remorse, her not taking responsibility, is why I won't be back though. I'm a single mother and have been played up and down by them just trying to get my tax return.
