Very clean. I was in a king room with kitchen. They could have put a couple more towels in the kitchen and another garbage. They left a few things in the refrigerator and left half used shampoos ( both shampoos) other than that, I will stay here again.

Im a little confused about the refrigerator in the room, but I didn't call because we didn't need one. The check-in kiosk was new to me, but it worked. The staff is great. The pool and laundry facilities were perfect for what we needed. I will stay at this motel again. We enjoyed our stay! We've been in the main building, and the second building and it was both enjoyable. Definitely recommend this motel especially if your going to silverwood or the waterpark. Save some money for the fun activities!

Terrible service not a real person at the front best and you can’t even understand him we had already paid for our room but he said we’d have to make a new reservation and pay all over again and ended up losing 300$ DO NOT GO HERE!

After perusing some of the evaluations, I was somewhat skeptical about my stay. Fortunately, the experience was not as negative as some reviews indicated, possibly due to room variations. The air conditioning worked efficiently, shower pressure was strong, and the TV provided ample channels. Door locks functioned correctly. My only criticism was the lack of a fridge.

Very disappointed how we were just dismissed. The AC in the room was not blowing cold air. Called the front desk from my cellphone because they were not picking up the room phone. Complained about the AC and they said maintenance will be informed. 2 hours later called again then someone else said they know nothing about it and nobody can do anything. Very uncomfortable especially when it was 93 degrees today. Wish I chose a different hotel. FYI don’t stay in room 42.

the virtual desk customer service was less than helpful and the rooms were bare minimum for maximum pay, it’s worth the extra money to find another stay, their prices are also incorrectly advertised and the room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. they will hold your money for the entire stay even if you check out a day early.

I’m still there I booked a room with 2queen bed for to night once I checked in I saw the room it’s doesn’t have any accessories like towels and another staffs also the WiFi is not working too even of all this there is no any coffee maker or any cups for coffee or tea and TV is also you can’t use it even when you 400$ for 2 nights it’s not fair hopefully you should be attention about that and I’m here too

The rooms smell like cigarettes, the toilet ran all night long without reason, and the office manager was very unprofessional and unwilling to resolve any issues. The window had no screen and didn’t lock. The door lock broke and they never bothered to fix it or offer to change rooms. Would not recommend wasting even a small amount of money to stay here. Awful motel and even worse service and professionalism.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are relatively cleanish. Usually. The service, we'll The staff has been Usually nice. But, they can be absent for hours when needed.
The efficiency rooms are definitely nice to have and the prices are pretty fair, but again, you get what you pay for.
I'll stay again for the price and efficiency rooms, but that's the only reason.

The few staff were helpful and friendly. But the rooms were old and run down, the floors were awful. No front desk person and had to check in with a kiosk and the person we talked with was not at the location. There is no pool or hot tub as advertised. Would not go back. But would come back to talk with the staff, because they were helpful and friendly.

This review is intentionally as honest but firm as I can make it, with as many objective facts as I can manage. In short however, I would not in any way recommend staying here.
When we arrived the self check in kiosk was not operational and there was nobody at the front desk for over three hours and no response from the service bell, knocking, or calling. When calling the Choice Hotels line we were eventually directed to customer support who sent a request to the General Manager for a response and to see if they would also consider a refund. They left us with no answers, no refund, no way to check in, and only a case number that we would have to call in and check on the status of ourselves as they have no billing system or access to it in order to initiate themselves. However given the hour of night, there was no way the General Manager would answer whether they chose to provide a refund or not, so we could not even consider using the funds to go elsewhere. A fellow angry guest even tried the pull fire alarm in the reception area and it was inoperational.
At hour 4 when we were ready to forsake our money and try to check in at any other hotel that was open the front desk worker finally appeared as if unbothered and unaware of why the waiting guests were so upset. We were checked in past midnight, and arrived in our room to multiple broken things like the bathroom lid supports, the wall sticky baseboard peeling off, a broken sink handle and more. One of the stairwells to our upper floor room was also caution tape blocked off.
The room cleanliness, to its credit, was otherwise good and we saw the housekeeper busy at work the next day on other rooms. The beds were adequate if slightly firm. The heater in the room worked well as did the electronics. I want to be clear on these positive portions to make sure my negativity is well balanced.
We made sure to book directly through Choice Hotels because many travel sites cause problems like this, but the lack of support and actionable service was absolutely infuriating and made us feel helpless while in an unfamiliar area. We would never recommend this location or Choice Hotels for that reason alone, and will never book another Choice Hotel in any location after this experience.
