I waited 15 minutes at the drive thru on Saturday and no one came to the window. I could see three employees playing around with each other. I left without completing my banking. This is not the first time this has occurred. I will be closing all of my accounts next week.

This branch is terrible! I have had nothing but problems here. My parents have had a safety deposit box at the sherman branch for over 50 years, but had to transfer to this branch when it closed. And had all of their accounts here forever. My parents passed, and the box was transferred to me ( but I have been a signer on it for over 30 years). Today I go in and they say they have no contract, and treat me like I'm doing something wrong. The "Client relationship person" Verlene is rude when I ask her why they won't let me in, I have been into it several times this past year! It's literally in her title, and this is how she treats clients?! Then is over whispering to the bank manager about me when I say I just want my stuff, and want to close the box because of this encounter today!! Shame on you bank manager for not coming over and clearing this up, and treating your customer right!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the US Bank branch in Coeur D'Alene and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Mrs. Peterson and Mrs. Upchurch. They went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs and made the entire experience stress-free and overall better. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers is truly admirable. I highly recommend this branch and these amazing employees to anyone in need of top-notch banking services.

Easily the worst bank I work with. There are a few great employees, but it's managed by some dips***s out of Washington. Horribly understaffed. P1FCU doesn't have this problem. Totally unreliable. Some days it closes at 5, sometimes at 3, for awhile it was 4, and if someone goes on vacation, they close the entire branch for a week. Currently, they are drive through only after3. Expect a miserable wait every time. If you have a business, definitely use another bank. There is no way this one will work for you. It will be a huge process for me, but definitely moving my money.

I've been a US Bank customer for over 30 years but am getting a little sick of the inconvenience of their recent change in hours. NOW they have days where they close at 3:00!!! What happened to a workday of 8 hours? The service has gotten incredibly slow. Drive thru is supposed to be for quick transactions. Sometimes only one lane open. Lobby is locked. Not many more chances to keep my business!

Twice in the last few months, I have driven over to this branch only to have it closed during routine business hours. Not a holiday. No reason given. What a waste of my time.

This branch is AWFUL. The service I received from the dark haired snot at the drive through today was the worst I've ever experienced. First, we've been customers for over 30 years. Secondly, it's not your business why I asked you nicely to print some counter checks nor is it your business to question the quantity. Your argumentative tone was very unprofessional and not appreciated.

They take way too long to go through the drive thru. If the place looks like it has more than 2 customers your probably better driving to a different location to do your business.
