I cannot recommend this service center. My experience was unsatisfactory due to several issues, including deficient customer service and what appeared to be a lack of thoroughness from the technicians. Specifically, the reported mileage on my vehicle was incorrectly submitted to Carfax. Additionally, the oil indicator was not reset, and a mileage window sticker was not provided. When these discrepancies were brought to their attention, the responses were characterized by excuses citing equipment malfunctions or a lack of procedural knowledge. Furthermore, I have experienced at least one instance of underfilled oil. Consequently, I will be seeking alternative service providers for my fleet of vehicles.

with no service manager on site Jason, Andrew and Pete went above and beyond to do full service work on my vehicle and another customers going back and forth and up and down into the pit to get everything done and get us on the road as quickly as was possible. They worked late with no complaint and kept smiles on their faces even as they had to maneuver though not finding the proper tools and not knowing how to use a particular machine.

I was so happy to get this survey. The guy's at the CDA location on 3rd St were wonderful. I went in fully expecting to need an oil change. I wish I would have gotten the name of this man. He pulled up my records and let me know I still had 3,000 before my oil change was even due. They topped off all my fluids, evened out the air pressure in all 4 tires and told me I was good to go. I am humbly grateful for their honesty because at that moment, I couldn't really afford to do the oil change without cutting corners somewhere else. I want to thank these gentlemen for first and foremost, their honesty, their kindness and the thing's they did to make sure my Jeep is winter ready. I will go nowhere else for service. You guy's did amazing ! Thank you.

My girlfriend took her 2014 Highlander to this Valvoline for an oil change. While there, they asked if she wanted her transmission fluid replaced. She agreed, but they later said they couldn’t do it because of an inline transmission filter, which can still be replaced. After the oil change, she noticed the hood open light was on. She called the store, and they told her to go to an auto parts store to clear the codes. She did, but the light remained on.
She returned to Valvoline, and they repeated the same advice. When she insisted, the manager Josh and another worker came out, opened and closed the hood a few times, and said it was a common issue with a $15 fix. They left without resolving the problem. She filed a claim with customer service, but Josh closed it without contacting her. We found out the part costs much more than $15.
Do not go to this location. The technicians are not knowledgeable, and the general manager does not take accountability for the operation he is running.

I am fairly new to Cd'A. I was in need of an oil change & took my car into Valvoline for the 1st time. I'm not a fan of the drive through oil change chains. However, I had the BEST experience at this location today!!! These guys were professional, informative, hardworking, helpful, honest & cute! 😊 Seriously though, they went above & beyond for me today! And, in the cold weather to boot. Unfortunately, most women have been ripped off & taken advantage of by SO MANY auto repair businesses. Including myself. These guys were straight up with me & took VERY good care of me! I have a renewed faith where mechanics & auto shops go! I'm grateful! I definitely recommend them & I will be returning to Vavoline • 3rd St. in the future! Thank you SO MUCH, Josh, Andrew, Jason & Nathan!! ☆☆☆☆☆ You guys rock!! 👍🤘
