Luz pharmacist shoved prescriptions at me through window in store. Told me she didn't want to hear my questions about my meds. Laughed and sarcastically yelled at me. They messed up my prescription and she said " if course its my fault.

The ONLY benefit of using this pharmacy is the drive up window! Besides the RIDICULOUS wait times, irregular and undependable hours, highest prices around with hit and miss customer service.. this place SUCKS!

Horrible wait time at the drive through pharmacy. They take their sweet time noticing you, and then even longer grabbing the medicine. Poorly run, poor staff, all around a bad store.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible, even my doctor recommended not using it due to their lack of care and attention to their clients. Unfortunately with a nationwide shortage of my medication I had no choice. I went back 4x for my script, waited in line and was treated like trash. Long story short they misread the notes on the script, finally I came back and it was ready however because they were doing inventory I was still sent away without my prescription. My doctor stated that when they called they continued to be placed on hold with no resolution, they finally resubmitted everything. What a joke!

I was on hold literally for 45 minutes this morning. I had a simple question about having a prescription filled. The man (Tech) I talked to at 10:25 am on the 16th of September was rude and short with his answers If he can't take the stress, and I know they have a ton....then go fishing. I am done with Walgreens !!!!!

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. They NEVER answer the phone. While I was on hold my husband drove over to make sure they had received my RX. They of course were closing for lunch and said if we came in person and waited after 2 they would fill it. By now 5 hours since called in and miserable with a UTI. If we didn't come in and wait it would take much longer. They have never answered a call for me in the 8 months I have used them. I cannot change until January.

What a joke of a pharmacy. I work in a hospital and this isn’t conducive to how things are supposed to be done. I’ve also used Walgreens for a while now and haven’t had issues like this. Never using Walgreens again.They don’t answer their phonesI showed up after driving 45 mins to find out that I needed to call my prescriber, I guess they can’t call me and let me know that I had to find that out in person. And when I called them out on that not being appropriate or okay they told me that “we see lots of people we can’t call everyone that needs to be called”Well I take care of lots of patients and if I used that excuse when someone needed to be communicated with I’d be fired….

This was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received at a pharmacy. Not only that, I was only on hold for 7 minutes and the the hold music was pretty relaxing. Alex was the pharmacy technician that picked up and he was able to answer all of my questions and overall just made my day a lot better. I definitely recommend using this pharmacy :)

I have had issues since I’ve made this pharmacy the one I go to. Always says they never received my prescriptions from my doctor and when I speak to my doctors office they say they did. Never have them filled on time. I’ve now been without my medicine for 4 days due to they’re faulty system. I don’t recommend getting your medicines filled here especially if you have a lot of them and only see your doctor every 3 to 6 months. I’ve never had a problem with the staff being rude always kind and respectful. I just feel a better system needs to be in place. Also the lines are ridiculous. Drive thru takes a good 30-60 min wait. The line inside is faster but depends on how long that is.

The WORST pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. Just expect to ALWAYS have to drive to the store to request your refill, then back to the store to get it again because they will not answer the phone. Expect to wait on hold 1-2 hours with two people on the line ahead of your call. Don’t even bother going through the drive through, you’ll also be there for 30-45minutes at least and if you go in you’ll be met with a really long line as well. Three times in the last 6 months I’ve requested my refill and then go to pick it up and they don’t have it in stock and I have to come back AGAIN to get it when it comes in a few days later. They will tell you they’re short staffed even though you see 8+ people back there. I’ve experienced terrible withdrawals from my antidepressants because techs aren’t being properly trained (those are the words of the pharmacist when apologizing for their mistakes to me) they have told me they will fill my Rx for me, to go there and find out it isn’t able to be filled because I need to contact my doctor for another refill, or they don’t have it in stock. Their lack of ability to effectively do their job whether it be a staffing issue or not is affecting peoples quality of life and that is why I’m writing my first review EVER to warn people this is not the pharmacy you want to choose.

The last 4-5 times my wife and or I went there for a presciption refill, we waited for at least 15-30 minutes with only one customer in front of us, asking all kinds of questions, not getting answers, where there was other staff around doing nothing, and not helping out. They seemed very confused. Instead of moving the customer to the consult section, so the other customers could be waited on, they did nothing. Very frustrating. Not even worth one star.

If I could give less I would. Ever since I started getting prescriptions here it has been frustrating! 46 minutes on hold to get a refill and still no answer.

Worst customer service in North Idaho Prescriptions never ready , even when they say they are. Go to the drive up and get even more frustrated ... WORST ... I'm DONE
