The photo department manager couldn’t have been more unpleasant and unprofessional. The lady with the black hair. Tried over charging us then continued to have the worst attitude, used not okay language and treated us like we aren’t even human. Gave us the meanest looks and said she refused to talk to my dad who was the one who paid. Should not be working a customer service job. Will not be going back. Other customers told us they will not be going back either after witnessing the interacting.

I went in to add money to my card I had my old ID and the paper one the dmv gives you as you wait for you new one to arrive and alice I believe was the lady with the hand tatto told me she was not going to let me scam her tonight when I was just trying to give them 1,000 dollars crazy lol she was super rude and un professional.

Was in there Feb 5 2024 and witnessed the most unprofessional display of anger towards an elderly lady by a woman who was working here. She has darker curlyish hair and she was so unbelievably rude to a very old woman. The old woman was simply trying to get her attention by barely touching her as she put her arm out that nasty employee turned and yelled right in her face "DONT TOUCH ME!!!" and continued to walk away from her. I could not believe my eyes. The old woman was in shock almost about to cry. I told her she did absolutely nothing wrong. She thanked me for being the voice of reason. I told the gal at the counter about the whole experience. I really hope she gets fired. That was pure evil

01/16/2024 Very rude pharmacist. Pulled up to window to pick up prescription and they walked past several times over 5 minutes, obviously seeing me. I pressed the call button and the grey haired lady in a very rude tone said “we will be with you as soon as we can!” And cut me off. Came to the window with an attitude and was mad at me because she had a hard time hearing anything. Would not me explain anything and turned me away.

Bottom tier pharmacy. They either don’t bother filling prescriptions when we get them sent in or they’re out of what we need to survive our day to day lives. Sometimes for multiple months too. The staff have better things to do than help you apparently. This place is an absolute joke and you would be doing yourself a favor by going literally anywhere else.

Horribly understaffed. Went to load a card and was told that it would be 15 minutes as the person was busy. Well, I am busy too, that’s not an excuse, period. Revise your policies and procedures to where nobody has to wait 15 minutes for a service that should take less than a minute to complete? Totally unacceptable. Wish I could go elsewhere but location is close to where I live. Would go somewhere else if at all possible. Also, the pic shows what greets you at the entrance blocking the sidewalk.

This pharmacy is terrible. I’ve gone multiple times to pick up prescriptions and they have a closed sign because there’s no pharmacist. Since we need to drive 15 minutes to get to the pharmacy, I started calling before we go to make sure the pharmacist didn’t call out sick but they NEVER answer their phone even after an hour. We moved to this pharmacy hoping for a better experience from our last but they are far worse. Avoid this pharmacy if you have important medications to fill or if you expect anywhere near a regular functioning pharmacy.

If I could leave with zero I would. Manager there is nice enough and likes to help, but Lori is an absolute menace to that business. Needless to say I won't be coming in there.

I arrived two minutes early the day after all our clocks changed. I thought I was arriving at 9:00, their clock said 9:00. Opens at 8:00. I was greeted, if you could call it that, by an unsmiling silent woman. I waited. She said, in an unfriendly tone, "We're not open. Wait outside until we do." I said, "It's two minutes to 9:00. You open at 8:00." She said again in a dismissive tone, "We didn't change our clocks. Please stand outside until 9:00. or 8:00." It was raining lightly. I went outside and drove away. I will not return. There were 30 different ways this could have been effectively handled for the first now ex-customer of the day: "Oh, hi! We're not quite open. Could you wait for two minutes before you browse?" or even, "Good morning! We forgot to change our clocks, and you're a tiny bit early. Could you wait for a moment or two?" or ,,, Horrible, horrible customer service. Management should let her go. If she's the owner/manager, she should find something she enjoys doing.

If I could give Walgreens less than 1 star I would, and after reading the other reviews I literally don’t understand how this company is in business. My son is extremely sick with croup and his prescription was sent to the Appleway Walgreens last night as they are open until 10 PM and we were at the urgent care after closing time last night, when we got to Walgreens they said they never received the prescription and the lady who told me couldn’t care less. Fast forward to today, I waited for urgent care to open and they said they did send it over the night before, so I called again and now they magically have it and said it will be ready when I arrive. I get there and am told they can’t find it, then they manage to and tell me it’s at the Hayden location even though it wasn’t sent there and the pharmacist I spoke to that day was at the Appleway location. So then I go to Hayden, I’m told it will be at least an hour before I can get it when it was supposed to be ready. I’m seriously grateful my son isn’t worse off and that I can have someone be with him instead of having to drag him around town for half a day to get his prescription. None of the staff had any empathy, every single person I spoke to was rude. I get that everyone is over worked and under paid these days but DO NOT WORK IN HEALTH CARE IF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

I was here, right around lunchtime today, 8-28-2023, to return something. I walked up to the check-out & ... nothing from the cashier, no "hello" or smile, nothing, she just stared at me. So I said "Hi", and she replied "No, but I wish I was"!!! WOW, is that what Walgreens considers a courteous & professional greeting to a customer ??? I'm a very longtime many many years customer by the way, & I have NEVER had such a BAD experience as I had around lunchtime today! That cashier had the most awful sour grim & unfriendly look on her face the whole time, which I only stayed just long enough to return my item. (I needed to buy a few things, but NO WAY, not with her being the only cashier at that time, so I got out of your store & went to Rite Aid for the items I needed!) She obviously hates her job, doesn't want to be there, probably doesn't even want to work period because she just had "I hate being here" all over her face. She was wearing a blue shirt, brunette, had white dried up crusty stuff on her lips, gross! Her hair up on top of her head in a beehive looking bun, wish I knew her name, but of course no name tag. Whatever or whoever put her in a horrible mood today IS NOT MY FAULT! Management, would you please do something about her, she has no business dealing with the public, she's absolutely awful!!! Not sure I'll ever come back, and that's a real shame because I have always liked this Hayden Walgreens?Doesn't even deserve one star-- that would be a big step up for that heavy sized cashier!?

I stoped here to get my friend some diabetic syringes and the lady behind the counter, proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t find the right size. I told her any size would do others in 31. She said she had 25 and then all the sudden she couldn’t even help me with that she’s completely inapt at her job. She obviously needs more training and I am very disappointed in the service. I have a regular customer there for other products I didn’t realize hoping my friend was going to be such a problem after a hard day at work I think you need to find a better trainer for your pharmacy please I think you have a wonderful day

This review is specifically directed towards the pharmacy staff. I was on a family vacation in Coeur d’Alene and lost 2 pills of my mental health medications that I take for postpartum depression and anxiety. The 2 pharmacy techs and pharmacist working on 7/24/23 were extremely incompetent, rude and had zero customer service skills. They made 3 phone calls to 3 incorrect Walmart pharmacies, where I normally get my medications filled, and refused to call the correct one even though I gave them the contact info because they had “wasted enough time already”. I was directed to call my doctor’s office and have them send a new prescription even though it was 6:00pm and my doctor’s office was closed. I pulled up the Walmart pharmacy appshowing I had a valid prescription along with all my prescription info and they refused to acknowledge it. Their staff talked down to me the whole time and showed refused to listen to anything I had to say. And people wonder why mental health is such a big issue in America these days.
