Kayla and Kristine are awesome to work with, both are competent and good at their jobs, and when you own a mechanic shop and time is money, having someone getting your parts who knows what they are doing is key. Good job ladies I hope corporate keeps you in mind.

Probably shouldn’t have an employee be smoking a marijuana in their black car right in the parking lot. Not coming back. very unprofessional.

I walked into this store on a chilly morning expecting a quick turn-around on a battery install for my Chevy 3500 Silverado. What I got was an education on my truck. I walked into a well-maintained store without any other customers. I was immediately greeted by Garrett, who had the gall to try to influence me with his positively despicable professionalism. It was the kind of professionalism that makes you sick when all you're accustomed to for the last several years is negativity on top of negativity, you know- you're broke if you ain't woke kind of negativity. What really chapped my crack was how Garrett thought he knew more about my truck while being courteous to my face. He genuinely came across as helpful, which I found most repulsive. He had the nerve to ask me, "Which battery needs to be replaced?" like I didn't know my truck has two batteries. I confidently boasted that my truck operates on a single battery, now due for replacement. Read this part carefully... Garrett explained the difference between the price of batteries they sell, making my decision (this kind of competence is so frustrating) easier. For the first time since Jan 6, 2020, I felt like I had control over deciding for my truck what battery was best, you know, my truck, my choice, but in the normal kind of way. Garrett actually empowered me, and in doing so, he opened my eyes and helped me taste and see the sweetness of liberty once again. I couldn't express the pleasure of my experience until the battery was at least replaced since I wasn't yet fully convinced that Garrett wasn't just another imposter. Was Garrett genuinely divergent? You know how some people are, they're nice to your face, and then they spit in your milkshake or put a booger in your burger. I needed a battery installed, and I wasn't about to let the ole swapparony happen- not on my watch. I followed that brand-new battery to my truck like a dog on a hunt. I popped the hood of my magnificent truck and kept a close eye on Garrett as he began the painstaking process of unscrewing a ridiculous number of screws to free the old battery. While I was observing his careful placement of tools, screws, and parts (this guy took pride in his work), I decided to check-out at all the cool things under the hood of my truck and noticed what looked like- yup, you guessed it, Garrett was right, another battery. I was perplexed about the situation. What if this battery (that wasn't there before) is as bad as the other one, and my family or I get stuck somewhere because I was too proud to admit that Garrett was right? What is a modern man to do in this situation? I thought about immediately slamming the truck's hood down with Garrett under it, driving to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and starting the whole process over to save face. In a moment of transcendent epiphany, I realized that Garrett wasn't the problem, and so I did what any good liberal should do: I looked Garrett in his kind eyes and began a conversation with him. I pointed out the other battery and honestly shared my concern about it being bad, and without hesitation, in nonjudgmental compassion, he arranged to have another battery installed so I could confidently be on my way to my next errand. For a healthy dose of professionalism and peace of mind about all your vehicle needs, you can trust that Garrett will not pollute your mind with misinformation or try to transition your truck into a car or your car into a truck and leave you with a choice based on facts, then this AutoZone is for you. Support AutoZone, cancel egotism and disdain, vote for Garrett for AutoZone President, and make your truck great again! Garrett, if you go somewhere else, let me know, buddy, so I know where to go.

I didn't find what I needed mostly because I didn't know what it was that would work for my specific application. I spent about 15 min in the store on several aisles, two different associates walked past me and although I'm an adult and could've reached out, a simple "Are you finding what you're looking for?" would've turned this from a 2 star empty bag visit into a 5 star purchase.
