Quit asking to see the photo on our cards- you’re slowing down the self checkout and making other Costco members feel like they’re criminals for using their soloists card while their spouse is in the bathroom. You are hurting your customer relationships with people who want to buy stuff from you- silly

Took my father in law’s card to get some groceries (with his permission), and Costco wouldn’t let me check out without getting my own membership. So I left and let them put my stuff away. I had walked all over the store for an hour, while 7 months pregnant too. Not a fan!

It’s worth a price of membership just so I can get their meatloaf and mashed potatoes on a day when I forgot to cook dinner. It takes about an hour to cook all the prep work is done. They have other ready to bake or ready to eat meals that are really nice also. Also… They do have great deals, and other things because you buy them in bulk.

Our experience was exceptional. Just purchased our new home here in Idaho Falls. We spent probably $5 thousand dollars here on miscellaneous things in one week, from clothing to food as well as electronics. Couldn't pass up on the Traeger Smoker for sure. Like I said, it was a buying spree, to say the least. We're glad you're in the neighborhood...

Just bought a membership to Costco. The gentleman at the service desk was very nice and knowledgeable about the different types of memberships and how cash back works on different types of accounts. The store was clean from what I saw, but I haven't shopped yet.

A great warehouse retailer, in some things better than Sam's Club, in others, not so much. Definitely easier to buy gas here than at Sams Club, because they have a new service station with multiple pumps.Hate going here on a Saturday or holidays. Too crowded for my liking. However, if you do have to go, go early in the morning, or about 30 minutes before they close.Early morning is always best. It's clean and mostly easy to navigate. Decent parking, auto center and tires, electronics, food selections, etc.

Okay, all Costco stores are alike, right?Wrong! I was very pleasantly surprised when we were traveling through Idaho and stopped at the Costco in Idaho Falls for gasoline.I went inside the store to use the restroom and was surprised with high quality, extremely soft toilet paper!!!I’m not kidding!!! I truly appreciate toilet paper that is as nice as my Quilted Northern at home.

I am so incredibly glad to have one in town. Lunch and grocery shopping at the same time is awesome. The membership is so worth it. I prefer it to Sam's Club as there are way less pushy salespeople, just regular people giving out samples.

Great service and the staff does their job efficiently. Super packed on Saturdays though. Not Costco's fault but just thought I'd mention it. Food court food is a great bang for your buck.

I prefer Sam's Club because they are less expensive but Costco has a few more things in selection to choose from. I feel like they have quite a few employees here but you can never find one when you need one because they are all at the front of the store unless you interrupt one in the meat department. It's a less friendly vibe here in the customer service

The hearing aid people are the best customer service professionals I have ever encountered. What a great first Costco experience! They deserve a raise or at the very cannonized into Sainthood. Compassion for people needing help is apparently still a thing.

This is the friendliest Costco I have been in. I walked in shortly before closing to grab a few things and staff were willing to help me find something. At checkout and even at the food station, I was greeted with warmness and kindness and not annoynce even though was one of the last customers. Wish I had known their hours are shorter on Saturdays in comparison to other Costcos, other customers seemed surprised too.

Nice new store and Costco is good. The updates on the return policy has changed and it is not as good as it was in the past. Costco return policy has been changed in such a way that they are making it harder for members to want to return their items if it is past one year to date the money spent on that product must be Costco credit, gift card from Costco for the amount returned on product returned to Costco.Love Costco have been a member for many years but it makes it harder to want to shop at Costco because it feels that what they are doing makes them feel a bit greedy, desperate to keep money from their customers rather then putting the Costomers first. Hopefully this will not get more restrictive in the future

First and foremost I want to say that I love many if not most things about Costco. However I do not agree with the burden they are placing on customers with the most recent crack down of non-members. I am a paying member and am not disputing the fact that you should have to pay to shop there. But showing your card 3 times in a visit is cumbersome and annoying. And makes it more likely I'll loose my card on accident. I totally get the need to prevent people from going around the membership fee. But it's a balance and I believe they have gone a little excessive hurting the experience of those who are paying members

We enjoy Costco, and all it has to offer. We were bothered today that the ice cream was out of stock at the food court, especially in the middle of July. ?Thank you for the great products and the food you did have.
