Think about ways we can add another driver remotely. Our flight plans got jacked and I could not be at the counter when the car was rented. With all of this technology there should be a way to upload my license to an existing reservation. Please look into this.

Free upgrade - no surprise charges - seamless drop off

Called at 1130 for a ride to pick up my car for a 1200pm pickup and didn't get picked had to call a 2nd time and finally got my car about 3pm. No compensation for 3 hour of time. Drop off was still 12pm. Other than that service was great.
