I usually NEVER write reviews, but my experience with this company has been so poor, I had to let others know.To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! Everything is booked out 3+ months. You can never get appointments. They tell you they always have cancellations, but you never receive a call when on the wait list. We pay monthly for a service we don’t receive.I’ve had the same facial cancelled by them twice in the same week without even a phone call. I arranged and paid for child care only to be told upon arrival that the employee wasn’t going to be in that day. Their attempt to make amends is to add an enhancement…BIG DEAL! What about the money I’m out for the sitter, or the time I wasted driving to and from their location to be told my appointment was cancelled?!I want to cancel my membership, but they make it impossible! They give you 30 days to use your services after cancelling. How are you supposed to use services when they’re booked out 3 months?! There is no phone number to call to speak to someone about a resolve.If you’re thinking about getting a membership, DON’T!! You will be extremely disappointed and just throwing away money. I will NEVER recommend Massage Envy to anyone. I will be sure to tell any possible members I come in contact with how terrible of an experience I have had.

Let's begin. I don't write reviews but after dealing with this company’s poor ethics and terrible customer service I felt inclined. I'll start with, it takes a couple months to even get on the books.. therefore I asked to cancel my membership and was told I needed to use all my accrued hours before my cancellation or that it would just be money lost. So I scheduled, with a massage envy meridian receptionist, months in advance my remaining packages..Well it comes to the final month of my membership and due to them losing their facial employee, im out that one appointment. I was told on the 15th of November after my massage by the Meridian ME receptionist that I had 2.5 remaining hours to use before my cancellation. They didn't have any availability for massages the remainder of the month and even the next month. Therefore, after calling again and being assured I had 2.5 hours, I gifted an hour to my Mom. I then went to my final massage scheduled months in advance and upon completion was told I needed to pay for it because I had no more packages. I stated to the receptionist that they had informed me multiple times I had 2.5 hours remaining and that's the whole reason why I gifted an hour. She said that I was free to go home so I tipped my therapist and left. I was told if there were any issues the manager would call the following day. She never called. Then two days later my bank account is charged. Never did I hear from the manager even after calling about the wrongful charge. Terrible ethics, terrible customer service. Go somewhere else that conducts better service.

There was no communication while closed for Covid-19… no suspension of dues while they were closed and no services available… no communication of when they were reopening… and when my HSA card expired and I was trying to decide if I wanted to continue… an expected move arose and I called to cancel my membership I was told I could after I PAID UP. How about Massage Envy pays up for the time they were closed. They banked my money with the inability to provide services.

COVID-19 and heart surgery prevented me from getting a massage. This company continues to charge my account. I’ve tried to contact the regional manager 3x’s for a resolution without a return call. Now I have 15 credits and they don’t have any appointments available. If you cancel the membership, you lose all of the credits. Never sign up with this company, spend a few dollars more and use a professional spa.

I subscribed to the monthly membership only to find that scheduling availability was extremely limited and I could rarely book a time that worked. I waited out my 12 months and tried to cancel with 6 massages left in my package. They gave me 3 months to book all 6 of those but when I tried to schedule their first availability was 2 months out.My husband is going through the exact same issue. Do NOT sign up for the membership. They do not have the schedule availability to support the number of members that they have.

Massage Envy is operating a dishonest business collecting subscriptions, and selling gift cards for services they cannot schedule. I received a gift card from my wife for our 15 year anniversary, and for the last month I have tried to schedule an appointment. There is nothing available during the day, evenings, or weekends! The personnel will tell you there is nothing they can do, and provide a member services email. Don't waste your time emailing for a resolution, the general manager Lori Eastman will offer no refund or suitable resolution. I will be reporting this to the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses.

Don't waste your money on their subscription. Nearly impossible to book anything within 45+ days and when you suspend your subscription to get caught up on all of the massages you've accumulated they give you 60 days to use or lose them.

I paid for a membership, and still had time left on my account after the membership was complete. I had called on several different occasions and they showed my time left on my account. Then all of a sudden it was gone with no record of it. The manager of the Meridian location Laurie told me there was nothing she could do and I was just "out my money". She also could only see 12 months of my membership, when I was on the monthly membership for 2 years. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

Kayla was an awesome resource of information, when I called in today with a few questions about pricing and options. I was able to get an appointment easy with no issue, only the best service for the best services! I can't wait to come back, great establishment for relief and relaxation. Also, you can ask your therapist about some of their specialties they have available, and some do the hot rock treatment as well. Great place for relief with sessions priced decently enough!
