The furniture is cute. The service is not. My child and a couple of friends went in to look and see if a bedroom set she liked was there for me. The OWNERS looked at them, laughed and walked away without so much as a greeting. The other sales person ignored them for 15 minutes before they decided to leave. Treat all people who enter your store as paying customers, you never know why they are in there. Needless to say, we will be looking elsewhere to purchase.

Had been wanting to go inside for the longest time. Made it in one day with my daughter. We were a bit surprised at the prices, but we're also impressed with the quality. I think we were the only customers in the store and there were two women working behind the counter. We were not greeted when we walked in, we were not helped when searching for prices, and we were completely ignored as we circled the counter where these two women were. Horrible customer service/etiquette!!!! A simple hello OR even a smile goes a long way. We will not be back.

Sold us an expensive outdoor fire pit. It has been almost a year regarding replacement. After delivery had no owners manual or any warranty info left with the product. After getting commitment emails on replacement of defective product, No communication. After reaching out to them employees were mostly on the dark about the issue. Good reason to keep receipts as the have no automated system to look things up. Still struggling to this day to get a replacement. Never offered us anything but silence unless we go in person to see what’s going on. They have 3 tables in stock now but won’t give us one to just call it even. It’s not employees fault it is the owners responsibility to render the best customer service. Never have talked to the owner or been offered to

Really cute items. Inspiring vignettes. Staff was not friendly. Not one greeting for 10 minutes that I was in there looking around. Prices are fair.

This is a wonderful home decor store, especially if you enjoy Modern Farmhouse style. A lot of the stuff is pretty standard. They have two locations during the holidays - their main store is off of Chinden and the holiday pop up is in the Village in the old Charming Charlie location. During the holidays they only have holiday decor plus a few big pieces like coffee tables and chairs. So if you're looking for every day house decor - wait until after the holidays. They do carry some local makers (soaps, wood cutting boards, ornaments, etc). But there is plenty of large scale manufacturing items. Prices are mid range - not terribly expensive but you probably won't find any great deals either. The staff who work here are sweet and helpful, though none of them were masked when I went into the Village location Nov 2020. Overall, pretty cute but you won't find anything super unique.

Absolutely the best store! The variety and quality of products is wonderful, and the excellent customer service is indescribable. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lori, she was so helpful and just genuinely kind. Yes, kind. Not something you see enough of with retailers anymore. The whole staff overall was incredibly helpful and Lori just went above and beyond! My new favorite place!
