Ben had great customer service and understood what we were looking for to help us find the perfect pieces for our space. He listened to our concerns along the way and addressed them right away. I’ve purchased twice from RC Wiley and both times Carlene Anderson Sales Associate #19769 helped me. She is a superb representative of RC Wiley company. Professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. As a person, the world would have zero problems if everyone in it was like her. People were available to answer any questions and seemed very well informed on their products,& discount s available as well as warranties. And delivery schedule available. Store seems to be running very efficiently.mostly really liked the store policy about commission,shared when a previous visit was with one person and second visit a different sales rep. I’ve had such a great experience shopping here! From the moment you walk in getting greeted by a smiling face to the sales associates who go out of their way to make you happy! I worked with Brent for a week or two to get a new couch and he has been the best! Excellent customer service, he got me some great deals on beautiful products and I’m so happy with the quality and look of my new couch set! I highly recommend checking RC Willey out if you need new furniture and working with Brent!! Also the delivery is fabulous! So quick!

We went to RC Willey looking to upgrade our seating area. We entered the vast sales floor and actually did locate a few items that would fit in our home. The salesperson was extremely Pleasant and helpful with our purchase. We did have our products delivered, and they came well within the time frame they gave us , were very professional and took care around our house. Bob Pearson in appliance was a great salesman. He knew his applications. Transaction was fast and painless. Great great service. Bob knew what was available. Knew an answer for every question my wife and I had. Not to mention our purchase was on Thursday and he got us delivered for Saturday and we were done. I have purchased numerous appliances from Bob and will continue to ask for him every time! Plus he has a son that does installation for RC Willy and he is also amazing

RC Wiley provided us with nicely constructed, hardwood bookcases. We went to the big Labor Day sale and received great customer attention from Lonnie and he made sure we received a military discount and quantity discount on top the amazing sale price. Delivery happened within a couple of days by two courteous gentlemen. They were very careful in placing the furniture and arrived within the time lock assigned. Would highly recommend!

The store is huge and fantastic. And has everything anybody could ever possibly want? Salespeople are wonderful and very, very helpful. I found the experience very nice and will definitely do my shopping. At RC Willie, love your prices, love your products. Really had a good experience.

I used the web site to compare models that met my specifications, walked in to the store and got a quick run down on my questions from a sales associate, and had my purchase made in 30 mins. The financing was fantastic and the discounts and sale price made my day. Fast, easy, and efficient.

Travis C. Was so awesome to work with. He was knowledge, patient, not a typical pushy salesman. Answered all my questions. Then when I had an issue with a small scratch and a question about something on the back of my refrigerator. He got back to me quickly and made arrangements to get it fixed. Very happy!! Also was nice to get the 18 months with no interest. And my refrigerator delivered within 2 days!! Now hopefully my new fridgedar will last longer than only 6 years I got from my LG!!

We went in to RC Willey to look for a replacement fridge/freezer for our garage. Since this would go in our garage, clearance sounded like our best bet. Made a purchase. This is not our first purchase. RC Willey is a solid company. We did wait for a long time for the items to be ready. I would have figured it would be a much faster process. Also, one of the items I purchased "as is" but was not told it did not have the parts for it. They were very helpful telling me where I could buy some, but I would have expected them to mention it. When i purchased the item, there was no indication that the parts were not available.
