Had to get my boy neutered as there's a new female in the neighborhood and we don't want any fatherless littles running about. Anyway, everything went great. Drop-off was an efficient experience. I appreciated that they offer add-ons (I had him chipped and dewormed). He's completely healed and doing great! Thank you, SNIP!

Inexpensive in efficient. We've had multiple cats fixed here over the years. Only downside is sometimes they don't have an opening for months so plan ahead

Everything went like clock work. In at 8am. Out by 2:30 pm. All were professional and courteous, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about the dogs and cats.

SNIP was professional, kind, organized, efficient, systematic and did a beautiful job with my kitten’s spay. Her shave near her incision is neat, her incision looks healthy and clean. Be prepared to possibly meet a human buddy too, as you will wait in line as a group at drop-off and then meet again at the same time as a group in the afternoon. Feels like a communal effort to sustain SNIP’s mission. Thank you SNIP team

Would not recommend. These people absolutely wasted the dog swizzle out of my time this week. Took a dog to be fixed about a month ago, while there I asked some questions about why online it says they don't do pups over a 100lbs. The younger blonde/red haired lady told me that they just don't do a group over a 100lbs anymore. But if my dog was over a 100lbs, to go ahead and just schedule the apt stating the dog was 100lbs and they would do it anyway. Fast forward to this am, I showed up, filled out the papers, waited till my number was hung in the window. They hung our number and I took "hank" the door, the same gal who had said they would do his procedure being over 100lbs says, if he's over 100lbs we won't be able to do it. I reminded her that she is the one who told me they would. She says we're gonna weigh him to see, about 30 seconds goes by and she says oh he's only 97lbs we can do him. I said awesome, I have a muzzle in the pickup, he get scared do you want me to leave it? She said no. I hopped in my pickup and left. After about an hour goes by I got a call saying the dog is scared and is acting like he will bite someone. Dude the dog is scared and he's doing so so you'll leave him alone. Hence why the owner offered to leave a muzzle, yall aresupposed to be PROFESIONALS, they wanted him picked up immediately and won't provide the service that we already paid 50% upfront to reserve the spot. What a joke. There is no way this is the first big scared baby yall have encountered. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

My dog was neutered and 5 days later it was infected. They took hours to return our email or phone call. I'm not blaming the infection on them but they handled it poorly. I had to take him to my vet for antibiotics and pain meds and have to take him back because it the suture they used hanging out of him!! Not impressed!

My Dad got very ill with Covid 2 years ago. We took in his male boxer (Ruff) to avoid having to surrender him. Already having a male boxer of our own (Ressler) we hoped they would get along. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. We have had to keep both dogs separate at all times for 2 years. They can’t be in the same room together without aggressive behaviors. We scheduled both dogs to be neutered (1 week apart) hoping this would help reduce some aggressive behaviors. While filling out the intake forms for Snips they ask weight, age, and any other valuable information. I was sure to inform the staff that Ruff had a testicle that had not descended. All information was in the intake forms. After dropping off our Ruff last week, I get a call from staff at Snips stating that Ruff is overweight, too old, and has a testicle that has not descended and they would not neuter him. I found it odd because all that information was in the intake forms. Today was Ressler’s appointment. We were confident he would be alright. He is younger and both testicles have descended. My husband dropped off Ressler this morning and the Staff at Snips called me about 20 minutes later stating Ressler has a heart Murmur and they wouldn’t do his surgery either. We are a family doing our best to keep these dogs without have to surrender one of them. Unfortunately, we can’t afford thousands of dollars in vet bills right now. Snips denied both of my boxers to be neutered and still charged me $180 deposit for my second boxer and emailed me the certificate of neuter even though no services were rendered. I am trying to reach them for my refund back. I have not got a response. We are back at square one. For anyone considering Snips…My advice…Don’t waste your time. I am looking for another low cost way to get my boxers neutered.

If your animal needs to be”fixed” (or sterilized) and you are price sensitive, then come here. It is cheaper than the Humane Society and half the price of many vets. My vet gave me an estimate of over $500 for this procedure. My male dog is 31 pounds and it cost $215 today. The clinic is bare bones with rigid, no frills drop off and pickup procedures. But they are professional and take all the proper care of the animals. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Besides the long intake procedure when you drop off an animal in the morning (takes close to 30 min to wait in car with the animal until it’s your turn), the major downside is they are currently scheduling out about 6 weeks. But if you can be patient on all counts, you’ll save money!

I remember when SNIP was really for the people who needed low cost spay & neuter, not anymore. And being able to get an appointment is crazy. There cost is the same as west valley animal shelter.
