Prices were good on some items but very unhappy with my experience today. Tried to return something within 3 minutes of buying it, because the wrong item was grabbed and couldn’t receive a refund. I probably won’t be back or tell people to shop there. I warn you to read their entire return policy before buying anything.

I recently purchased sheets and an ice maker from Steelz for my new house, and I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience. They regularly sell used/returned items from Costco at higher prices than they were sold for new. And of course their return policy sucks compared to Costco. But since they position themselves as a bargain store some people probably fall for it.They’re pretty lame. I’d just stay out of there.

The owner posted on FB Marketplace a cleaning item. I asked if I could pay for it and my brother could pickup. He lives very close to the store. I purchase things for him as my is Nephew is adult non verbal, low functioning autistic. So I order things so they get out of the hpuse to pickup. She responded "not interested". Not sure why? When I asked why she just responded the same. I didn't know about this store until I saw her post. She lost customers from my sub division due to her poor business sense and lack of explanation. It seems I'm not the only one with a negative review. How can you expect to have a successful business with behavior like this

Was excited to check this place out. It looked cool but... Launched you start checking prices. Most of the stuff is at retail or just slightly below... Not very good deals, and half of the stuff is either damaged or returned from a regular store. Was kind of disappointed for a discount store...
