I came in for a cut and color and left extremely dissatisfied with both. I asked for an inch off and she quite literally took 3 inches, I was in shock but didn't want to say anything in the moment. Needless to say, I won't be back

I always go to this salon but my last experience wasn’t the best as I thought. I went here at Jan of this year with my sister, and I asked for blonde balayage but I ended up with caramel color balayage and my sister asked for cherry cola hair color and she said after few washes it went away and her hair turned to brown. It only lasted 1 month then both my sister and my hair color changed to brown hair. My sister said her stylist added an extra product she didn’t ask for, it was a 30$ cream that the stylist claims every one of them uses it for their clients.
Very disappointed with this salon. Hopefully in the future it won’t turn out bad

My stylist, Daisha, is an absolute gem! I`ve been with Daisha for a while now, and she never disappoints. She always listens carefully to my needs and offers stylish suggestions that fit with what I want in the moment. She is patient, attentive, kind and skillful. What I appreciate the most about her is the attention to detail and skill to ensure every time she colors my hair the placement of the color is perfect and no strand is out of place. I mean check the picture is that amazing or what : ) Daisha is exceptional, professional, and looking at the end result when I leave from the salon always exceeds my expectations. A hair stylist is like a doctor you find one amazing one, you keep it. Thank you, Daisha!

Felt like the appointment was rushed and the stylist didn’t really care since I had a hard time trying to explain what I wanted (since I know nothing about hair.) Wanted a low highlight done with no bleach/color on top. Yet, I have bleached hair and spots on top going to my roots. Hated that my hair was dead after the appt. due to the excessive use of bleach and hair product during the entire appointment. Spent almost an hour for my hair to be shampooed and conditioned just sitting there not knowing why and all the color just washing out. (Stylist was shampooing and conditioning very rough to where it was painful and asked an hour later if my hair tangles when wet. I said yes and then she proceeded to finally rinse one more time and brush my hair out.) Stylist wanted to add more color and product but at that point I felt sick and dizzy to the point I just couldn’t continue and wanted to go home. I know that it could be because my hair just didn’t like being dyed and such but I’ve been to this salon before and everything was fine then. Must of just been a bad day for getting hair done. And made a fool of myself crying to get out of there.

First things first, Daisha is a LIFE SAVER!!! I came in with ginger hair that had banding and spots and left with a gorgeous balayage that I have not stopped getting compliments on. Absolutely incredible, so friendly, so talented. I found my new stylist! (A little before and after for you too) Did I mention I'm obsessed?! So pretty!!!
