Been going for about a year now, I'm a kid and they don't have anything against kids being in the gym in fact I've gotten told it's good I'm in the gym while I'm young. The environment is nice and everyone is nice .

It's crowded. At times, too many kids. Lots of new equipment over the last couple months. There is a good mix of competitive level to beginners working out at the same time.Space to work out can be limited during peak hours though. I think it's time to expand!

So glad to be a part of this gym. 2 designated deadlift pads! 3 squat racks, belt squat and hip thruster machines! I get excited to workout everyday again.

Clean gym seems to have a bunch of high school age kids. But better than many other options. Looks like this was being addressed tonight!

Nice, clean gym! Staff is friendly. The only thing is it’s pretty small for the amount of people that go there so you may be waiting on the machine you need for awhile.

State-of-the-Art equipment, friendly staff, and great supplements sold on site too. Unbelievably clean and tidy location. Highly recommend.

Pre-COVID it was kept well, fwd to July 2022, I went back and it’s pretty dirty. Carpet area- wasn’t able to do any floor exercises (who wants to get down on a dirty floor and have their face so close to a carpet that doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed for weeks). Many machines are old & not kept. Same floor exercise mats from years ago, should be simple to replace. Very disappointed with how it’s been maintained. If you’re ok getting on machines and workout equipment with dried up sweat, then you’ll be fine. Could be worse, but also could be way better, lots of potential.

Very unprofessional! The owner makes excused for his poorly run organization and his own behavior. It may seem like a good place, but what they say and what they do are completely different. Very discriminatory!

I have been a member of Middleton Fitness Center now for about 5 months. I have been very happy here. I go to Karsyn for personal training. She is wonderful. Karsyn is knowledgeable, helpful and always wears a smile. I have really enjoyed working with her. I actually look forward to my workouts now! The facility is newer and has lots of equipment. It gets busy but not bad. I have never had to wait for a machine. The facility is clean and kept up well.

We were new to Middleton and were excited to find this gym right in town. The gym is nice and very clean. When we signed up, we were told our kiddos (10 & 9) were too young for the family membership and we understood. We don’t take our kids to the gym to use as free daycare or to let them play around with machines as we understand the dangers involved and the liability to the gym. Our kids are young athletes and they enjoy running on the treadmills with us.After working out several times, we noticed younger kids working out with their parents. When we asked a staff member, we were told if the gym wasn’t busy, we could have our kids work out as long as they weren’t keeping other members from accessing the machines which we understood. We were excited and so were our kids. The first time we took our kids, we were asked to leave as kids weren’t allowed, so confused we left and didn’t want to cause any issues. Fast forward to a couple of days later, my husband was working out and noticed young kids running around the gym. The gentleman who had asked us to leave didn’t mind these kids running around. My husband went and spoke with him to get clarification and this gentleman said he was the owner and that those were his kids and they were allowed to run around. My husband explained our situation to the owner, and was advised to just get a family membership and lie about our kids being 12 (minimum age). We signed up for a family membership, took our kids in and then received an email with allegations of abusing our membership and essentially stealing from this gym.We both work in LE, try to live honest lives and give back to our community whenever we can so this allegation was extremely saddening. We love finding locally owned and operated businesses and supporting them on social media. We decided to cancel our membership with MFC all together and drive a little ways away for a more peaceful environment where the staff is consistent, honest and caring. We wish MFC the best and pray they can all get on the same page about their policies.
