My wife and I stopped in and had a taste of some of their products. The samples we tried were just bursting with flavor. I wasn't able to see how expensive all of their products were, but the atmosphere here is great. I highly recommend visiting if you have a hole burning in your pocket.

Excellent gourmet vinegar and olive oil store. They also have so much more to offer, from cooking utensils to hard to find specialty food items. Very helpful and friendly staff. You gotta go there to level up your next special occasion or just to add something out of the ordinary to your next meal.

Helpful staff, great selection and conveniently located. I purchased the caramelized garlic infused evoo, which I can only describe as life changing. I'm excited to try more of what they have to offer.

Great selection of real olive oils and balsamics, as well as other spices, and infused sea salts. Everything else is a fun rotation of cookbooks, sauces, dishes, etc, but I count on them for my kitchen oil staples. My favourite part of ampersand is their cooking classes though. There are several every month with a wide variety of themes/menus. Every menu is amazing but Analiese is my houses favourite, and you get 3-4 courses including dessert for 45$, step by step instructions and a patient teacher answering all of your questions. 10/10.

Truly a foodie paradise, I can easily drop a couple hundred here whenever I go. The vinegars and oils are out of this world delicious, with a great diversity of types. Everytime I use one they really punch up the depth of flavor in my meals, whether via marinades, vinaigrettes, dips, or sauces. I also love the different seasoning blends, I just got a cinnamon vanilla one that I'm dying to try in cinnamon rolls. My current favorite oils are wild Rosemary (incredible in focaccia) and pizzaoilio (which I enjoy with pasta or bread dipping) and my most used vinegar is black garlic tamari balsamic which is fantastic in Asian sauces. If you are ever in Moscow and either love to cook, know someone who loves to cook (who needs a gift), or are like me and eat crusty bakery breads dipped in herbed oil/vinegar on the reg, then stop by Ampersand, you won't regret it. They also offer cooking classes, but I haven't had the opportunity to try one yet.

Update: I got a call and was told of the miscommunication about redeeming rewards. Was able to work with Greta and get my order placed and redeem my discount. I appreciate the quick response and assistance to get this cleared up and I look forward to receiving my order.Original: I used to live in Moscow and even after moving I would still put in orders to be shipped. Spent enough money to get a discount but it won't be honored for shipping orders even though I don't see myself returning to Moscow anytime soon. Fun store with good product but too bad they can't accommodate customer's not in town but really disappointing that I have to come in person to redeem the discount. I unfortunately will not be placing future orders.

Just finished the cooking class on Persian food.Super fun and delicious.$40 per person may sound expensive, but it is 3 dishes plus dessert, on a beautiful atmosphere and stories to go around.Absolutely worth it.

I book cooking classes at Ampersand every few months. The classes are excellent! The recipes you leave with allow you to recreate a delicious and unique meal at home. Ama'lia is amazing! She makes the best orange brownies. You can spend hours in the store and find something you need to have in your kitchen with each visit.

Interesting and pricey, even if you dont cook its a good place to go. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It does not hurt that the Breakfast Club is really close by too.

Best cooking classes this side of the Cascade Mountains! I attend classes a few times a month and I am blown away EACH time about what I can make easily at home with a few spices and a variety of oils and vinegars! I feel like an Idahoan Rachael Ray at home with all the impressive dishes I’m recreating! The classes are informative and fun and you neve leave hungry!
