I have had a Safeway club card for 30+ years but can no longer support the Moscow Safeway due to their disregard for mask requirements during this Covid pandemic. There seems to be zero effort to ask anyone to comply and the anti- mask crowd are aware of this and taking advantage. I'll be taking my business to Rosauers and Moscow Food Co-op. They seem to be showing concern for their patrons and staff.

They don't honor the prices they list on items. Checkout price is always double the aisle price. We have to argue with the clerk every time. Embarassing.

can you please stop sell cottage pie as shepards pie. if I wanted beef I will buy beef not to mention the religions that do not eat beef . what will you do when you get sued by a Hindi because you can't tell the difference between beef and lamb.

We like the Moscow store, but they really need to update their Coke fountain by the deli, it's quite old. The ice machine only works when it wants to and the soda always tastes flat, old and watered down. Coke needs to either bring in a new machine or deep clean and balance the bricks on each of the sodas. Today, when we got some fountain sodas, we were told at the deli that we had to go over to the Starbucks to get our ice, and then when we got our soda it was undrinkable. I'm sure Safeway and Coke both know how important good customer service is.

The customer service has gone downhill at the Moscow store. I have a low-vision disability, and (most of the time), when I ask for help in finding something, the employee points in the general direction and walks away. The other day, your deli workers were more interested in chatting with their friends than waiting on paying customers. The cashiers have become argumentative. What happened to this store? Please train your current staff better on customer service.

Beware of the buy 1 get 1 free sales here. When I checked out the other day, I questioned the cashier why it wasn't showing up. She said it would come off at the end. It didnt. I stopped by today to get it corrected, but was told I misunderstood what the sale meant. I thought it's pretty simple, but was I wrong. My solution is to never shop here again!
