Have made several attempts to set up an account, and each time was stuck with such a long wait time that i left. Also each time i had made an attempt, there was at least 1 person available, and yet they couldn't make the effort to help me

As a bank it has many features that are useful but they come with fees. Service at the front desk was very good. The girls are very courteous and helpful.

Just realized my review never posted! Love this bank very personable and knowledgeable staff! Ibet is always making the experience really good as well…. couldn’t ask for a better staff and any chase.

DO NOT BANK HERE! They froze my account for no reason and won’t give me access to my money. Then when we jumped through all their hoops to get our money they still won’t give us access to our accounts. We have a family and children and you’re stealing from us. Go to hell!

This whole corporation is morally bankrupt and if I could give it zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and use any other bank. Horrible customer service. I’ve had an account with them for 20+Years and out of nowhere they froze my account and are holding my money hostage. WORST BANK EVEREDIT: it appears that Chase Bank STOLE the money that was in my account after closing it without my knowledge or consent.

Horrible service from staff of 3 who were chatting. Banker was out. However, after talking with another branch. The supervisor and/or manager is able to work as a banker. Her answer was to open it on line. You CANNOT open a joint account ONLINE! We now both have to go back in to add myself to the account by husband was able to open. We will be going into the Meridian branch. As a prior branch/area manager for the 5th largest bank. I knew better. I should have called her on that. In between their chat a ton. Two thoughts either lazy or uninformed. Either way, UNACCEPTABLE! Time sensitive matter.

The assistant banker didn’t wave a 6.99 non atm fee even though I got cash back at a gas station. She was being stubborn.

I had to stop 4 times to make a credit card payment. 3 times the ATM had technical issues and the 4th time I had to show ID to pay with cash!
