Great clean environment! Friendly staff not super eager to help or offer help to find items but available if needed to find someone. Easy to find what I was looking for.

It's a good place for sports equipment but the customer service isn't the best. Also, if you're after women sports shoes, there is not a good variety.

Went in today to look for several items. There's literally two sales people on the floor. One was too busy drinking his Gatorade we bothered him to help us they didn't have the item we were looking for. I said what has happened to the store he said will AI is generating our products. Wow like that's what the worlds coming to sad no help, they do not care Nampa, Idaho and their prices are through the roof

Customer service was a big thumbs down today. I was looking to try on some shoes. Had to go find a employee. When I asked a young lady if I could get the other pair of the shoe to try them on she told me someone should be over there to help you. Obviously someone wasn't there or I wouldn't of been asking her. I thought when I had asked for help she would of paged the person in that department but nope. So instead of looking around for another person I just left.

Jordan the manager made it happen today!!! We bought our son a bat on the 13 of April and today we are in the middle of Babe Ruth and bat broke! I made the call and Jordan answered and normally they don’t take bats back but he know how important the game and tournaments are!!’ Thank you all we back in The game!!

Went their with my dad to get plastic dart tips and couldn't find the ones we were looking for. The staff was nice and it was clean but not much selection for dart tips.

Really bad customer services, there’s an old lady with glasses have a negative attitude front cashier, can’t even ask her a question. Won’t be back to this store.

I went in to grab Christmas gifts for my grandson and grabbed something wrong. Noticed after I left the store and went right back to swap it. So so so easy and lots of giggles at the grandma mistake.
