Worst banking experience, words can’t even explain. I did a mobile deposit, it said funds available next day. Instead they are holding the entire check which is over 4000.00 for 7 days. Won’t even release a small portion of the money. I missed thanksgiving with my family because I didn’t have the money in my account, I missed Black Friday, I paid my bills online because my money was supposed to be in the account and now my account is overdrawn and I have late payments on my credit report. They refused to release the check (the check is from a large multi million dollar company) even if I closed my account so I could take it to a different bank. Absolutely worst experience I could ever imagine, I’m literally having to pawn things for gas money today.

If I could give this bank negative stars I would. They have very sketchy fee practices. They have a fee for everything and will kick out your charges even when your account is fine. They should be investigated and shut down.

I opened an account and deposited cash in the account and it takes up to 48hrs for a cash deposit to clear, soon as I opened the account for 2wks my account is under Fraud suspicious and my money is being held till cleared of it!!!! IT'S A CASH DEPOSIT AFTER I CASHED MY CHECK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with the Nampa branch, particularly Susan Kolb. My significant other passed away in October. We weren't married but had lived together many years. I went through an attorney to become the representative of his estate. I took my paperwork to the bank and had to deal with a banker. That banker happened to be Susan Kolb. She made copies of all my paperwork and said she submitted it to the main office. There was a recurring charge that turned out to be dental so I got that figured out finally in January. Long story short I JUST NOW WAS ABLE TO COSE THAT ACCT! Horrible experience

Very unhappy with your automated phone system. No matter what I type in it always hangs up on me and never patches me through. Your ATM is constantly broken and you keep charging me a fee of $18 for no reason...you guys are the worst and I will be closing my account

I've had problems with the atm spitting half the money I tried to deposit back at me and giving the person in line behind me my card, and today the lobby was closed with a suggestion to use the defective atm.

I should have read these reviews before opening accounts with them. I have accounts at two other banks and never experienced such poor service. I took a home loan with them and that prices should have been an early warning sign. The loan writer was slow to action and kept losing documents. I sent the same document 3 times. Each time he would ask for the same document I would just forward it from my sent file. I will not name name cause I feel that may not be appropriate. Here we are a year later each month I pay extra on my home loan and December the entire amount got applied as principle. So they hit new with a late fee. I call to have the late fee removed. 2 weeks later I find out they did not remove the late fee. What they did at that time is botched my entire payment by removing the extra payment out of the account and it disappeared. I have been into the branch 3 times with no action. I have called the representative they gave me and I was told they will call me that day on my account. No call. I have called twice since and cannot reach anyone. I gave left messages. I even emailed the bank and the response back was to email the same address I had emailed or call. I try to be as polite as i can but this bank creates the worst experience and frustrating environment.

Worst customer service ever. I opened two commercial loans here. I tried month after month to set up auto pay, sent in the signed forms MULTIPLE times, and nothing. On a different account, I was able to set up auto pay after several tries. Now I have false late fees due to the bank being incapable of including annual fees in their automatic payments. So I played their game and mailed a separate check for the annual fees and late fees I shouldn't have to pay. They cashed my check, but didn't apply it to the fees on my statement. Key bank can't figure out where my money was applied. Three months later they are still billing me for fees I paid. They never apologize. They never offer to reverse the fees to do anything to make up for their mistakes. A bank who can't handle proper accounting is NOT a bank you should bank with. I have called so many times, and I'm always told someone will call me back, but they never do. Don't bank here, you will regret it. I recommend using a small community bank, they have great service!
