Horrible. Line was long, they went from 3 to 1 cashier, then had take off hangers ourselves. Not that its hard work, but not my job. Nobody working there seemed to be efficient in thier job. A houseplant could have given better customer service

Good deals. Dirty, unorganized, security guard being paid walking around the store but only 1-2 people on cash with a long line. Employees seemed stressed and rushed because they didn’t have enough help. I would suggest going midweek in the morning.

For all of your needs, clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. They've got it!! For way less then you will find it anywhere else!! I always enjoy going to Ross for my clothing needs, and occasionally find something miscellaneous that catches my eye!!

The store is always messy and there are never enough clerks at the few registers. Not to mention the clerks they do have are generally rude and don't know much about the products they offer. The clerk that checked my items out came across an item without a tag, instead of asking a manager or selling it for the same price as the other similar items she chose the one more expensive item that had 3 count instead of 2 count like the other 5 items in my cart. She didn't ask if there were more on the rack or ask anyone, she just grabbed the more expensive item and re rang it. The manager saw there was a line of 6 people waiting and told the 2nd clerk to go on break leaving a single clerk to check out the 6 of us waiting. They also were discussing some store policies between them that were clearly employee related and not meant for the public to be privy of the information.

I love the variety and simplicity of returns. As well as the hours. It was the only store that fit my needs and open passed 9pm

Needs to keep the items in place or have signs out up to the customers to not put them on the floors and keep there kids not running between the items can keep up the cleaning as for the bathroom women kinda dirty sorry am truthful ?

I love Ross. Yes the store is a little dirty (bathroom door and bathroom) but the store is so fun!!! It’s full of great deals you can find on every rack. They have clothes, shoes home goods, baby stuff and so much more. If your looking for clothes or anything else I mentioned I would head to Ross. You save money and find brand name stuff. Also the return policy is great just keep your receipt and they will help you out.
