I paid a fee to have a package held at a facility. Because they require a aignature in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY when everybody is at work. So they make me pay a fee to have it held so i can pick it up and it hasn't showed up and nobody knows where it is. It's a $1,100 phone. Thanks UPS.

Oh my word!!!!! I went here 2 days before Christmas and there was no one there, no wait, Customer service was .....Excellent!! Fast, courteous, professional. Thank you for hiring her.

I will not do business with UPS anymore. Their new policy on gun shipment is a blatant overreach and attempt to push personal political agendas that adversely affect lawful citizens from conducting personal and professional business.
