This place only cares about their money and not the customer. I was a seasonal helper, helping deliver packages and had a fairly heavy package and an older lady asked if I could help bring it in her house, so I did and I ended up getting in trouble for it. Also hours were terrible not even worth the effort. Don't apply to this location

UPS driver almost clipped my front end merging over without a turn signal and flying like a bat out of hell. Tried calling it in the representative was about as useful as a brick I repeated stuff multiple times and still had to repeat myself

Google listed this as the place to go for customer service. Sign on door said no customer service here any longer and the lady who came out was nasty to me.

Location closed to package drop off as of July. So change the name of the facility and your 20th street signage. It's not that hard, I promise

This hub has a driver who refuses to use my package drop. It’s right next to the mailbox in the street. Claimed he didn’t have the code that is in my profile for UPS. UPS confirmed it’s there correctly. Now says he can’t get out because of loose dogs in the street… but got out to put a larger package behind the box. I’m literally putting the padlock code on my address label and he is just throwing packages on top of the box. He went in my yard where there are literally loose dogs running around… and left a box… which the dog shredded to bits (including the product) but is afraid to get out near my mailbox because he saw a dog? (The neighbors dogs won’t come within a hundred feet of ppl.) Which is a lie considering he got out to place the larger package. He’s being spiteful at this point and calling them is impossible. Luckily the rep gave me this address as the hub and I can pay them a visit later this week to chat about what can be done. My neighbors are perpetual thieves, thus the box, so it’s kinda important.

I had to write a review on this because I feel EVERYONE should know about this. Have you ever been to a UPS store to ship something and first encounter the long line you are about to stand in for 30min just to find out it's going to take longer than you wanted it to or are shipping face and body care products just to be told sorry we can't ship that (crazy right?). Which is due to the alcohol content in it, and is so dismal that you are shaking your head in disbelief. Well, that ended up being a blessing in disguise for me. Because that is when the store associate said but the UPS customer service hub can because they can ship things we can't necessarily. So I go there and not only do the prices seem cheaper, your package gets there MUCH quicker. Sending something from Nampa to Salt Lake takes a day or two, depending on what time of day you drop it off. It is also much quicker to complete your task of sending your packages because there is NEVER any line, and the ladies I've dealt with are extremely nice and helpful. So, never again will I go to a UPS store to send a package. I have gone to this hub about 5 times, and it has always been quick, easy, and cheaper (seems that way to me). They only accept credit or debit cards, NO cash or checks. If you want to send your packages and have it not be a stressful event, I would definitely recommend going here!!!

I paid a fee to have a package held at a facility. Because they require a aignature in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY when everybody is at work. So they make me pay a fee to have it held so i can pick it up and it hasn't showed up and nobody knows where it is. It's a $1,100 phone. Thanks UPS.
