This store manager said they would look into a matter of my concern of over charging me (an over charge of approx. $30) for a package shipped. After sending a copy of the receipt, I never heard back from the manager.It appea4s to me that the management is not concerned about this matter.If I were a manager of a business, I would be concerned about the large number of negative reviews.

We have had our mailbox for 8 months and had the best customer service. This place is always hopping with customers and they get them through so efficiently and quick. Everyone has always had a smile and polite.

Great customer service especially from an a nice older lady. Has also way better prices than anywhere else and a clean store would definitely recommend and will continue to use this service. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

They have a wonderful and incredibly helpful staff. Go see Nathan about any printing you need. The new kiosk is a great time saver and very user-friendly. The staff will walk you through the process on using it so you can confidently do it yourself the next time!

I don’t recommend this place! We have been waiting 3 months for an insurance claim to process due to them constantly dragging their feet. We paid for insurance and have been drug through the dirt I would recommend going to the UPS hub Monday through Friday 3-6 in Nampa to avoid there poor business practices and up charge fees. Deny us service after they run you around for 3 month…if it wasn’t for my office lady my company would have lost over a$1000 from them dragging there feet…over 3 months to process claim and we are still waiting…and it’s our fault??

Wouldn’t recommend going to this store I was shipping my small business package when I watched a worker named "Leah” yell and try to hold a customer liable for their mistake. It was very embarrassing for the employees in that store and I will not go back! I recommend going to the UPS hub from 3-6!

Great customer service at this location. It is always busy, but they move the line fast. I give 5 stars for all the helpful and friendly staff, plus they always take care of whatever I need! Thanks for all you guys and gals do for me! Keep up the great work!

This store used to be unpleasant to visit. I heard they had new owners and decided to give it a try as it’s close to my home. What a difference they have made! Hats off to the new ownership and all of your wonderful employees. I was helped by a lovely young lady and everyone seemed cheerful and kind. You have won my business back!

Staff was incredibly helpful!I needed a document printed off my email and then notarized. Also submitted all documents electronically and for good measure, with a fax. All for a nominal fee. I'll be back.

Be sure to pull in at Sonic! This location is in a very busy part of Nampa, which means they get alot of customers daily. There is only 1 front way and 1 back way to get in.The store is always clean and well organized and with 4 registers they get customers out quickly and efficiently based on what services the customer needs in the moment.Every day is different when it comes to foot traffic. The busiest time to come is going to be around Noon-When Everyone Is Getting Off Work. So have patience when there is a long line. And be sure that the information is correct when shipping out packages. They do ask and show you whats been typed out a BUNCH of times before you confirm if the information you provided is correct.I love shipping my packages with Isaac. Hes super fast and methodical and always makes sure the information is on point. Holly has been very helpful both over the phone and in person when Im trying to locate a package. When other employees couldn't find the information, she definitely ends up finding it succeeding at giving me peace of mind. Alan is an awesome manager. He has helped me alot with my claims and shipping. He has always kept me updated and got my claim approved quickly. All of the employees are super friendly and go above and beyond when working with my needs and this is why I've only shipped through this specific UPS store for a few years. Thank you so much!

Terrible customer service from both Holly and Alan. Holly called me to finish my claim and be reimbursed for a package that unfortunately didn't get delivered, Holly had to be rude when I pointed out that the address being sent to was wrong. I understand that the wrong address got confirmed wrong, but the pure disrespect from Holly because of the question was so uncalled for. I then got transferred to Alan who was no better. He called me a Mama, which is so disrespectful, so I asked him not to call me a mama. You can see from my name it is a male name. Of course, after saying to not call me a Mama he got an attitude and said he didn't learn to not assume someone was male or female in Business school Then as we finish our conversation he calls me mama again. I again said he is disrespectful and I asked to not be called Mama. He then laughed and continued to be very disrespectful to me and continued to assume I was a female.Truly disrespectful to people and the worst customer service I have received from UPS.
