Terrible!!! I stopped by to deposit cash at 3pm today and the bank was closed! I had even left work Early.. I have had so many issues with this bank.

I’m actually beside myself. I’ve banked at Wells for 15 years and I have 12 accounts, business and personal, and my experience at this branch was not only the worst of any other Wells Fargo I’ve been to, but I can honestly say I’ve never been treated with that level of disrespect in any other store period. So much to say about this experience, but I will save it for the formal complaint I filed against the employee that told me he would not notarize my document because he was not my slave. I told him it was a court document and it was 4:45pm and had to be motorized and filed before 5pm. I was nervous because time was ticking, but I was told if it’s that important I should have gotten there earlier ?? I was also asked how old I was and if when I was a child did my Mom…..and that’s where I cut him off and called the manager over. I’m usually pretty gracious because we all have off days. But I was personally insulted. He told the manager that I didn’t even have an account there, just the company I work for did. And that notarizing a doc was a favor since I didn’t have an account. Blew my mind. I own the company. Who is this guy? Needs to be said that while I was waiting for the Notary, I was treated very well by a teller who asked if I wanted water or if I needed anything just to ask. I’m still shook up about it. Geeeesh.

Whoever is the training manager will make it her personal mission to make sure you cant access your money if you lose your wallet. Even if you have secondary ID social # and wells fargo app open. I've lost my wallet before and never had any issues getting money. She didnt want to send a text confirmation so I can get money because I don't have my lost ID

Gave it one star because they didn't have any in the minus. Worst experience ever waited in line and a lady came to an open register so i walked up and she snapped at me in Spanglish so i went back in line and she proceeded to help other teller with her Spanish guy she was helping. Stood there about five minutes while she air typed and pretended to be doing something. U say this because finally another teller finished so i was helped by then and after i got helped immediately after was done with her air typing and was gone. Couldn't find her anywhere because i was going to ask her if u was mistaken in her willingness to only help Spanish non English speaking customers. While in line i noticed there is not one white person at all working.. is this because if location or has racism switched. Because I'm not racist but sure felt the other side of it. Worst Bank ever. Even charges $8 to cash their own check. Highest price in town. Do not back at this to off Bank from hell... Or mexico

The staff is overall pleasant and helpful. Being in downtown Nampa, the parking is limited if you need to do anything in the bank. If it is the first time you visit this branch, you will probably miss the entrance and need to go around the block again. The ATM is not in the drive-through but actually in a standalone building. So you will need to leave your vehicle to use it.

Service is hit or miss; sometimes the staff is super responsive and quick, other times you'll be waiting for a while. Not horrible, but def not a great experience.

Wells Fargo Bank on 12th Ave is the best plaće to do banking because all of staff membres are very friendly and caring they go the extra mila to help you when you need them too. Great plaće to bank with enviroment is always clean, the staff members are great, and the coffee and lollypops are great too. In addition, they have a couple play items for small children to enjoy while Mom or Dad are handling their banking business. However, on most days their isn't a long wait time which is great too.

Doesn't know how to help customers , ask to what witness a paper wouldn't help ,when asked why couldn't explain ,came back later to Ask for help could help then ,very unhelpful
