O'Reilly to the rescue again! I always receive excellent service at my local store in Nampa, and it was just the same in Rathdrum. We were stranded on a stormy night in a rental car without functioning windshield fluid sprayers or wipers. The guys in the store helped us determine the issue so we could relay it to the rental company and then welcomed us into their warm store with chairs, a sympathetic ear and the offer of cookies while we waited. When the tow company was severely delayed due to the weather and it became apparent that it was going to be safer to find a way to keep moving rather than waiting and encountering even worse conditions later, they helped us de-ice what we could and we made our way to Ponderay. I'm grateful for their help and hospitality!

You’ll have plenty of issues purchasing from O’Reilly. If they’re the only ones that have what you need, they likely still don’t have it even though they just told you their Coeur d’Alene store has it in stock (or you can wait some hours to receive something that doesn’t exist or something you did not ask for). And if they have it, you better triple check they know what you’re asking for or you’ll be waiting for something you didn’t ask for. The last many days have been demonstrably miserable with O’Reilly Auto Parts. Stick with NAPA or Advanced Auto.

First they couldn't get the correct headlight for my vehicle. Insisting I had a Denali because its a yukon. Ok. No biggie not that expensive. However when I spend 189 dollars and you give the wrong part for a fuel pump? Definitely need some new employees with actual car knowledge. Very frustrating to say the least!
