Francen and Son was recommended to me by an acquaintance. I am really glad to find them. After test driving and examining my 2011 Subaru Forester, a gift from my late-husband, while my car was still on the lift, Kevin and Keith personally went over the issues they found on my Forester, from front to back. They were able to save me quite a bit of money compared to the estimates given to me by other mechanics, and Francen and Son guarantees their work! They are definitely not looking to charge people for unnecessary repairs.
Their prices are very fair. They seem to be a very respectable business with a strong moral code. I highly recommend them!

Scheduled appointment for oil change, and vehicle inspection. My first visit, I chose to wait in the show room in a comfy lounge chair with the beautiful classic old cars! Excellent service, and explanations of issues to be aware of including pictures and emailed to me. The owner and staff are knowledgeable, professional and personable! I will definitely return!
