Stayed at this hotel with family.. had 4 rooms. Plus another. Was in town for a wedding. Out of the 5 rooms 2 of the guest in our party have been charged 2 times on their credit cards. Once at check out on 7/12 and again on 7/16. Different amounts charged! Then when they call to resolve they get the run around on getting 2nd charges to be returned to their credit cards. Other issues… upon reservation I was told I could pay cash at check out. No mention of a $100. Deposit on a credit card until I was at front desk to check in. Picked this hotel for indoor pool… unavailable to use. Housekeeping knocking on doors at 8am to clean occupied rooms! Long story short… don’t stay there!

We just stayed here last night and today when we got home I noticed I have 3 bites on my leg that appear to be bed bug bites and my son also has a line of bites on his back! Neither one of us had these bites yesterday before checking in to this hotel. Also found someone’s dirty sock on the side of the bed? I’m now treating my house for bed bugs to be on the safe side and hoping we didn’t bring any home!!!! Wishing I would’ve read the reviews before staying here so this could’ve been avoided?

Don't not stay at this hotel!! they allow and host swinger parties. we thought this was a family friendly brand name hotel and we were wrong, it's disgusting that,best Western allows these practices to go on at this property. they should be ashamed. You are most likely to laying on someone else's disgusting bodily fluids, don't waste your money here ! Go somewhere else and do your research before booking, they host these parties about once a month. Do not support this hotel you will be disappointed.

Is that not your place in the pictures ? it clearly is. Why won't you clean up the place first and stop allowing these kind of parties to go . Corporate will be contacted.

Front hotel staff gave a warning that they were busy and we would have to wait to eat.
Food & drinks: I would not recommend eating here, staff do not make you feel welcome.
Noteworthy details: Staff give the impression that they do not have time for guests.

The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was vacuuming in the hall outside our room at 9 am, then knocked repeatedly at our door to come in and clean; checkout isn't until 11 am. There is a $100 deposit required per stay which we weren't made aware of until the time of check-in. The door to our room was very difficult to operate. It stuck open and wouldn't close without hard pushes. We tried to call the front desk multiple times in the evening but received no answer. Not worth the money to stay here.
Rooms: Very dark; poorly lit. Bed is very comfortable.

Staff was rood , not at check in however at the complimentary breakfast, we felt like the staffing was doing us a favor by them being there.
We have stayed here before so it's not our first visit.
Check out we were in line and the desk clerk took someone ahead of us, customer service is non existent.
Noteworthy details: The hotel is showing its age, flooring in the halls is getting old and has odors in areas.
Not sure if we will stay here again we may just pay more for a hotel that is in better condition and staff that wants our business.

Clean apart from the bathrooms, where paint is flaking and mold and other buildup can be seen around the shower. Very thin walls and windows that might as well not be there for all the sound they block. The atrium/pool area echoes horribly, the pool never seems to close, and there are no quiet hours enforced in the common areas, so if you have a room facing the interior of the hotel like we did, you'll be kept awake all night by shrieking children and laughing adults - that or the absurdly bright fluorescent lights they leave on all night that peek out around the blackout curtains.
Free breakfast is free but there isn't much else to be said about it; the bacon was good and there's a selection of things to go in a toaster, but they ask that you find a member of staff to operate the pancake machine and everyone is busy doing other things (they are trying their best, there's just not enough people to keep everything full and stop to make pancakes) and the scrambled eggs are from a powder or something, truly the most alien texture and zero flavor. Sausage was cooked very unevenly, some links were so overcooked that they were just a hard shell; they hit the plate like hailstones. I don't think kids will be satisfied, but for adults just trying to not leave on an empty stomach, it gets the job done.
Okay for a one-night place to crash, but don't expect a good night's sleep.
Rooms: Clean linens, carpets, etc., but the shower enclosure is grimy, moldy, and the paint is flaking. Very thin doors and windows so you can hear everything in the hallway/lobby/pool area.
Walkability: Basically right off an off-ramp; even the restaurant across the street is not really safe to walk to.
Food & drinks: There's a Mexican restaurant on site that looked good and is open late but also contributed to the late loud noises.

Horrible breakfast, you come down and there is nothing and coming down before or long before the breakfast closing time, many complaints from guests those days for the same issue, impossible to eat, I had to go out to eat on the street, not recommended

We stayed 2 nights here. The lobby looked nice and the lady at the desk was great. The room was disgusting. Black mold growing around the shower, 2 areas at the sides of the shower were rotted. The shower door was installed wrong to where it opens in to the shower so the water got everywhere. The water didn't get very hot and there were visible leak stains in the bathroom. Above the bed, the vent had black mold all around it and leak stains all around it. Lots of room for improvement.
