The branch on Washington Avenue is Dark and dangerous to use the ATM at night. There has been a recent robbery near by, I have complained before about the lighting of the parking lot ATM area and nothing has been done.

One car ahead of me, I still sat in the drive through for 15 minutes, before I was seen, then it took them another 10 MINUTES to cash my check, but yet 2 cars went through the lane and got helped while I was waiting! It is like this everytime I come through here. If you can go to another branch, I highly recommend it. Extremely slow service!On top of the slow service, even though my boss has an account here, they still charge ME $7 to cash my check there EVERYTIME..I'll be looking for another bank to go to, as this one is absolutely horrible!

Literally the SLOWEST bank I’ve ever been to. 30+ minutes waiting in line no matter how many cars are there. It’s faster to drive to the saint louis branch.Get it together guys!

Don't look here for full service banking. They've lost their way. seems they have plenty of revenue to sponsor entertainment venues but little to maintain office locations/boxes,etc. i truly hope the Internet bankers run them out of town. Unfortunately they will be one if the last true nationals to leave the riverbend. start now to partner with a regional!

The absolute most incompetent bank I’ve ever worked with. Cannot even handle a simple direct deposit. I have been trying to get this rectified for years. Manager, Jason is rude, and not able to do a professional job.

Slow slow slow I have been in line almost 45 minutes and only 1 car has been waited on in the commercial lane. Out of 5 lanes only 2 are operating. Seems that staffing is the issue.

This bank is close to my house. Yes, they have to take precautions because of COVID, but for people to complain about that is the height of stupidity. Dealing with the public all day is not safe! Not to mention, no one in Alton seems to know how to wear a mask.

Only the drive thru is open due to COVID. 4 cars in each drive thru lane, and one person working the teller window. I guess this bank doesn't think much of its customers, forcing everyone to wait an extensive amount of time so they can save a buck on payroll.

US bank is the slowest Bank I have personally ever dealt with. I own a business in the area and have been using a branch that was recently closed on Alby street. Since then the struggle to reconnect has not been easy. I would highly recommend banking elsewhere. These two locations in the Alton area make me feel as if they are being bothered with my business.
