I had such a bad experience with Alexa CPA group. I wish we had never used this company, as it just complicated our tax season which was so unnecessary. I will never use again.

The worst CPA I've ever had. She lies about deadlines and her staff doesn't speak English well. Very difficult to communicate with. She's more interested in working with Bitcoins than tax returns. She even tried to charge me for work that wasn't completed.

I have been doing my personal and business taxes with them for the last 5 years now. Alexa, is very detailed oriented always a pleasure to deal with. Anna, her assistant, makes the whole process seamless with all the reminders. The only negative that I don't like is the portal to upload the files. Highly recommend!
