I had small problem with my car.The second I walked in to the shop Nick explained everything to me and set me an appointment right away. The repair was done sooner than I expected. Every person working there is professional and super nice.Im a woman and they didn't try to set me up with extra repairs. I highly recommend this place.

I can’t thank Julio enough for the outstanding service he provided while assisting my wife through AAA roadside assistance. When her tire blew out on the highway, Julio promptly arrived and safely towed her car to a service station in Palatine, as AAA regulations didn’t allow for a tire change on the side of the highway.
Not only did Julio ensure my wife’s safety by driving her to the service station, but when he realized the station was closed, he went above and beyond by changing her tire to the spare himself. Throughout the process, Julio was extremely professional, helpful, and communicative, keeping me updated at every step since I couldn’t be there with my wife.
Julio’s dedication and care gave us complete peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust him with any of our vehicles in the future. Thank you, Julio, for your exceptional service!

SCAM! QUOTED $1300 FOR A $160 REPAIR & STARTED LEAVING FAKE 1-STAR REVIEWS ON MY BUSINESS PROFILE! Will be getting my lawyers involved.
They're a shop that also tows for AAA & when they came to tow my van, offered to take it to their shop instead of the one near me for a free oil change, so I said why not. Called me back later in the day with a $1,300 quote ($175 diagnostic fee??) to replace a wire connection that was maybe $100-150 for the connector and a 1-2hr job. Called several nearby shops that quoted 1/3 their price so I towed it elsewhere.... AAA of course assigned them for the 2nd tow to the new shop. They gave me an hour ETA but took 2 1/2 hrs to pick it back up from their own shop & drop it off, then never called me with any updates after. The new shop called me the next morning saying all they had to do was rewire it, would take an hour tops, and ended up only being $163!!
They try to take advantage of your vehicle not starting and the fact most people wouldn't bother with towing it elsewhere, so they charge you extra and hope you're frustrated enough to just pay it and get it fixed. I even drove over to the shop before towing it the 2nd time to have the tech, Adam, show me the damages & better explain what the $1,300 was for (in case I was misunderstanding - I work on cars, but electrical is not my strong suit) and he kept getting irritated, repeating the steps he used to diagnose it, and completely avoided explaining how a job that multiple shops confirmed was a 1-2 hr job would take 5hrs??? If you check their reviews on Yelp & AAA, there are many others that say the same rates were given to them as well... what a poor way to operate!!

Called asking if I could come grab some of my belongings out of my car before it was towed to a scrapyard. The shop offered to drive me the next day but I called today to find out that not only did they "have no idea what I was talking about" but didn't have anyone to send out in the first place. My car has been towed and I wasn't even notified, so depending on if my car is salvageable or not, my stuff might be lost. Thanks for wasting my time and lying to me.

I have never gotten this great of service before. From the moment I called AAA and all about Automotive called me back it's been great! Everything was explained to me in great detail including benefits I didn't even know about, the driver's and Chris in service were absolutely fabulous and very professional. Chris explained everything that had caused the problem, what was needed to fix it, plus what could wait. They also did an inspection for safety and found out some more things that will need to be done in the near future, and did not push me at all into anything, which is a very refreshing experience! I have been going to the same mechanic for over 20 years, but they are going to give him a run for his money!

Very good experience. My car was towed here through AAA after hours. Nick called me first thing the next morning to confirmed they had my car and would have an estimate soon. He was true to his word. When I decided not to have the car repaired, he was fantastic in arranging for a company to purchase the car and handled all the details. I am so thankful for Nick! He was friendly, honest and even gave me some helpful tips in the purchase of a new car. Highly recommend!

I had my Jeep towed to the jop for the repair, I didn't know what to expect, the they did outstanding work. Not only that they repair it but they kept me informed of the issues. Nick is very knowledgeable guy that worked with me and my insurance.
I highly recommend this shop if you're needed of a vehicle repair.
