My husband and I recently signed with Konen Insurance Inc and so far we are very happy. We have worked with Kathleen White, who is always prompt at getting back to us and very pleasant. She always makes sure that she answers all of our questions and explains things so that we understand. The receptionist was also very pleasant. We would recommend Konen if you are looking for an insurance agent and Kathleen White is our agent.

Kathleen was recommended on our neighborhood website so I contacted her when I was informed of the renewal premium on my current set of policies. She had me from the first hello., It wasn't just her positive attitude as much as it was her professionalism. We talked through my insurance needs and expectations. Kathleen made sure I understood every aspect of the process through her clear communication. Not once did I feel as though she was just trying to sell me something, rather I had the impression we were both on a common quest and she was my partner in finding the right coverage and premium fit. If you are ever in need of testing the market for a more reasonable premium and better coverage or if you are just having a down day and need a positive pick me up give Kathleen a call. With the world on fire, storms and floods becoming daily occurrences, the insurance industry is changing rapidly.
