Megan was very helpful with resolving the issue I had with DMV sticker clearance very quickly. My Issurance was issued in Texas but my auto plate/sticker was issued in Illinois. Thank you Megan !!!

Ryan and his team have been amazing, have worked closely with Ryan himself and also Phil and Austin. They have always taken the time to make sure everything is fully understood so I have no confusion and also got me the best payment of any other place I looked with full coverage. Recently had an accident in my truck and hit a deer and they made the process extremely easy and convenient in an inconvenient time. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Andrew is so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. He helped me upgrade and add policies today and he talked me through everything especially as someone who knows nothing about insurance. 😂 This office has been so helpful in making sure I have what I need and goes above and beyond in literally everything. Really happy to be a longtime customer for some years now. Cannot recommend State Farm enough. They are kind, personable, and they really got your back and care about their customers. Office is non-responsive to email inquiries sent through the State Farm app. Can't explain why my auto rates keep going up without scheduling an in-office appointment. Don't understand why they can't give me an explanation over the phone. I'm not losing money by taking time off of work just to receive a simple explanation.
