UPDATE: now that I’ve had a memebership for a couple months, I’ve have issues with it being out of service on several occasions. Today, in the middle of my wash, it stopped working!!! I had to drive out of there with the car covered in soap and drive to another car wash.
Cons: Don’t expect it to be clean like a brush car wash. Only one bay so you want to go on off hours where there’s no wait. Dryers are on a timer and not enough time to thoroughly dry the car. Out of service too many times.
Pros: doesn’t close. no brushes to scratch your paint. App gets you in, no need for an attendant

Highly would not recommend. Very unreliable car wash. Breaks down or does not work quite frequently. I have the Extreme(Ultimate) Wash which is top wash but haven’t been able to utilize due to issues at the car wash. I usually go twice a week but over the past month my membership will scan but will not start the car wash. Customer service apologizes and stated the will escalate to IT team but still not resolved after 5+ weeks. I try canceling my membership and they would only refund 50% even though I haven’t been able to utilize over 5+ weeks. Instead of wasting your time and money, you’re better off going to another wash place that is more reliable.

ZERO STAR RATING! This carwash is always out of service! It’s totally unreliable. You drive all the way there and it doesn’t work. Customer service is a joke and they can never help you. I have a membership and the QR code never registers. Don’t waste your money here!!!! It’s so frustrating. I’m cancelling my membership. Totally bad business

Good carwash but I cannot count on using it because half the time I go there it's not working.I would give it a higher rating but they need to get their act together.

I am a member of EverWash, and I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service outage of the car wash. The facility has been non-operational for over a week due to an internet connectivity issue, which has not been communicated to customers in advance. As a result, I made multiple trips to the car wash, only to find it closed.Moreover, I am concerned about the prolonged duration it has taken to address and rectify the car wash's malfunction. A week seems excessive for a repair of this nature.In addition to the service disruption, I have noticed that the car wash's cleaning performance does not meet my expectations, even though I have opted for the highest-tier membership for superior quality. Consequently, I find myself having to use the car wash multiple times within a short period to achieve the desired level of cleanliness.Given these issues, I am compelled to provide a 1-star review and hope that EverWash takes these concerns seriously to improve their service for all customers.

Good/basic touchless car wash, won't clean the car more than 70% and dryers are not the best either BUT you save your car from being scratched like other places. For $15 it seemed like a waste of money as I had to spend 30mins drying my car by hand.

Brushless / Touch less carwashes seem to be really rare, so this felt like a hidden treasure among those mega washes that use dirty brushes.
