There's a few things that annoyed me. There was a really loud dog in there that was cute but loud. Also the lady was on the telephone the whole time. We got three bottles of liquor worth 30 bucks and they charged us 39 for them. They didn't give us a receipt either, so dirty practices. Also, online their prices were totally different than the actual store. They had online a case of 12 Bud Light seltzers for $2.50, which is the reason I went in there to see if it was actually true. That was the only thing we found out was false.

Great selection of spirits, wines, and craft beers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always offering helpful recommendations. Store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. Prices are reasonable, and they often have great deals and promotions. Convenient location with plenty of parking. The atmosphere is welcoming, with no pressure to rush your decisions. The only downside is it can get crowded during peak hours. Their inventory is consistently stocked, so I never leave disappointed. Clean and tidy store, which I appreciate. Definitely my go-to liquor store.

Let me preface this with saying that this place got robbed a year or two ago and I tried to support a local business. I would now rate zero stars but for the friendly dog. Went to buy $64 in Mega Millions tickets and needed to split the payment between cash and debit card. The lady said she'd charge a $2 or $4 fee for this, but I agreed to it. I counted out $24 in singles and she verified that amount. After this, I should've owed $40. When she rang up the total, it was $59.15. This means that I got charged almost $20 extra dollars and not the $2 or $4 that I was quoted. I no longer feel bad for these people. I will not return to PIK-N-GO and I suggest that you avoid it as well. If management reads this, know I will be reporting this to Mega Millions Illinois administrator.

The Older Indian lady switch the prices so it's more, but whenever I come in at night I always get the right price I came in there all the time but now they just lost a customer

Had an issue with them. They don't answer the phone and when they finally did answer, they said it's my fault he couldn't understand me. Horrible customer service. The beer that's "cold" is not cold whatsoever. I wish I could give a zero star

Honestly the store was a great experience my first time. It obviously drove me to come back. But as I went in the last time I bought two items paid walked out the door. As I walk out the door the owner follows me to my car. I get in and she stands in front of my car staring at me then as I pull off takes a picture of my license plate. Not wanting to start conflict cause a police officer was 3 feet away I didn’t say anything. I didn’t do anything wrong I said hello when I walked in I paid for my drinks and I left. There is no reason for her to follow me out or take a picture of my license plate. For that reason I will not be spending any more of my money at Pik N Go in Bloomingdale.
