I don’t recommend this company due to poor labeling of blood samples at time of my in home draw, inaccurate readings of results that could have affected my Dilantin dosage but my neurologist recognized the value (0.5) as erroneous or mislabeled, and an indifferent person (Jesse) for resolution for credit of faulty results which this company denies involvement. Another lab runs the tests but Liberty staff label & process; room for error, in my medical background experience. My true result was 14.4 at a hospital lab from my neuro STAT order. One bright star was dealing with Eva on initial call. Now I’m left to deal with the receiving lab (Health Lab)for credit resolution.

Horrible place to work for. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Don't waste your time please look into other labs. You will get treated better elsewhere I assure you.In response.. seeing as your required my license for My employment at both med lab and liberty I'm pretty sure the national phlebotomy association would disagree that I'm licensed. Nice try to lie tho. It's in your email btw I can resend it if you'd like. Also seeing as you contacted my new employer less than 48 hours ago attempting to get me fired sounds like your the one who needs to move on. I hope you get shut down for the second time the clients deserve much better treatment from sober and non felon employees. Have a great day

Do not work for this company. She will steal your pay and pay you late and in pieces. She will constantly change your route and forget patients then make you lie to them for her mistakes. She will also harass you and continue to months after your gone. She uses the business account for her own personal use and can't pay her employees. Worst company to work for.

Liberty mobile labs is a great place to get blood work done. The company is fast in and out with good service. I had to get my blood work done and made the call to liberty and they sent out Donald. He is good at what he does I usually don’t really like getting my blood work done but he made me feel vary comfortable and it was over quick. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Thanks to the kindness and patience of the phlebotomist our patients feel comfortable getting their blood drawn. Jessie is great at what she does.

I have to say this has been one of my better experiences, my tech was wonderfully patient and kind taking his time as to not rush me. He handled things with such professionalism and yet conveyed a relaxed atmosphere making an already lousy situation bearable.

We are very happy with the service that Liberty Mobile has provided to our patients. Jessie is very accommodating when we need a lab to be drawn right away and our patients are very happy with the phlebotomist professionalism.

This Company will go to your home when you are concidered homebound from your Physician. This Company shows up when they are scheduled too. They were very professional and caring. They do call the day before to schedule.
