The couple of guys that set up my Peloton Tread were great! They arrived right within the window they told me they would. Friendly, efficient, and they helped me fix an issue with my Peloton bike before they left, which I really appreciated!

Everything was great, delivery and removal was kind of good. I was grateful they took the old mattress out, but they just left them on the curb. Considering what I paid, I thought they were going to take them. But, the new one is in and the old one is out.

The two gentlemen were efficient, had contacted me by phone about 20 minutes before arriving and we’re very accurate on that time. They brought up the new machine without any issues and left all the boxing stuff in their truck so that I didn’t have to get rid of it. Once they had it inside, they removed my old machine and installed the new one in its place. I did have to attach the old hoses, but they showed me how. I am very happy with the service we got and I would use this service again.
