Sarah is very straightforward. But also very attentive and thorough. Shes very kind but also has a take-no bad behavior kind of lady.
And the shop guys have always been very honest with the conditions of my vehicles. And without pressuring me, reccomend the best options.
The whole establishment is practical and I actually enjoy the atmosphere.

I would definitely not only return here but also recommend this place! Best service I've had at any mechanic shop ever! They squeezed me in last minute and got the job done so quick and at a very reasonable and respectful price. I will be going back when I run into any other car trouble for sure!

Horrible. Went for an interview and got the worst vibe from the owner. Doesn't care about his employees.... sometimes not even offering a lunch in a ten hour day....therefore quality of work falls and it just seems the owner is trying to fix his bad name. But I don't see why anyone would go here after talking with the owner and knowing his intentions...

I had my car towed to this location last Sunday and had noted that I needed a alternator installed due to symptoms, had gotten my alternator replaced , however today ( Thursday) I had the same situation occur where my car shut down and the alternator was tested at a shop nearby me , and was concluded that the alternator was not working( paid $295 for the car quest alternator at this shop) I had to purchase yet another alternator at the part store I got it tested and had a friend of mine install it , as I needed to go to work tomorrow. As I live 75 miles away from this shop , I know that through my poor experience with the part installed it leaves a bad taste in my mind about coming back . The same alternator that was malfunctioned I just gave to the rebuild shop as a core cost. I would've had liked to contact this shop to see my options to get a refund but you know living 75 miles aways and not close to burbonnias I simply had to eat the cost . What a shame . I didn't know auto shops can still work this tactic on people who just want their car fixed , lasting negative impressions for me .

The lady at the Front Desk has been known for having a terrible attitude towards countless customers for years. She belittles and laughs at customers who aren't very car savvy, and thats the only time you'll see a "smile" from her. And it's not a friendly customer service smile! Little does she know we can go viral with what we have on her! But things seem miserable enough for her so we'll hold off unless we see more complaints of this nature from other unfortunate people who fall for this place. Maybe she'll learn her lesson and be nicer to customers. I wouldn't bet on it. Would've given a higher rating because the mechanics and techs are some good guys, but she ruins Car Care's reputation and wouldn't be surprised if she runs it into the ground. You know what they say. The customer is always right, and this former customer says avoid this poorly ran business if you value your dignity!

Immediately after oil change, check engine light comes on, transmittion is over full. Run to an honest place, they don't stand by their work. Don't let them work on your car.
