Everyone is always very nice and polite. Willing to help in any way they can. Out of all the banks I've banked at Midland is the only one that goes well beyond to do what they can.

We have had nothing but problems with this bank since Midland bought out Homestar Bank. The "Managers" are just glorified tellers. Customer service is terrible. I'm closing my account.

I’ve been with Midland (previously Centrue) for 20 years. I am extremely happy with the service at the Bourbonnais location on Larry Power Rd and Brown Blvd. Amaxing, friendly and helpful staff. They know what i’m asking for even when I’m not exactly sure ? From one boss to another, they deserve a nice raise!
