Good place but, took a month and a half to get my husband's work boots.

I came in to have the elastic on a pair of fabric knee high boots sewn back in. Just a quick zip with a sewing machine. I showed the owner and the guy who repairs the issue. There didn't seem to be any problem with my request. Upon picking them up, I noticed the elastic was not only sewn but the repair guy used some heavy glue making the elastic stiff and no longer able to function. I was not happy with the botched job after walking them through my prior request. The boots were destroyed when I got them back. The guy in the back didn't seem to have any remorse about the damage he did. Said it would be impossible to redo them because of the glue. I will never use that shop again. They do not take pride in thier workmanship.

Was told my shoes would take about a week. Called several times, but phone not working. Stopped by, shoes not ready. End of week I was told. 2 weeks later finally got call that they are done. When I went there my shoes looked like they were fixed in 5 minutes. Not happy!

I went to go get my Louis Vuttons handle sewn back on. They were really nice and their prices were not bad at all.

Went there with a tear in the side of my husband's boot. The man fixed it in 5 minutes and was extremely reasonably priced.

Very friendly. Great service. Before you throw out that pair of boots or shoes give them a try. They can do wonders.

Not only were we assisted in selecting the correct color of blue shoe polish for my mother's shoes, but the employee/owner? polished the shoes for her. She kept exclaiming that her shoes looked brand new.
