A good bank branch, and good specialists, one minus is that the bank is open until 5.00 r.m. and closed on Saturday. It would be nice if the department was open at least until 6:00 p.m. or on Saturday at least until 1.00 p.m.

One of the best Bank of America branches. They will always advise and help to the best of their ability. Responsive and professional staff under the leadership of Elena. Employees are fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish.

Small business owner needed 5k cash to pay vendors. Only one person working at the teller line assisting a customer who doesn't have an ID while another person is assisting her. Had to use Chase for the withdrawal. Bank of America cannot keep up with small business customers needs. Second location I have been to with the same issue. Tried to call this location but no one answered the phone either. No one cares here.

Excellent department and service. They will tell you everything, show you and help you. They also speak Russian and Polish. I recommend it to everyone who has problems with the American language.

I went to this full service branch for the first time today. There was nobody in the lobby. Looking around for someone, I saw a hole in the wall covered by plexiglass. It looked more like a ticket booth at a theater than a teller. This was the only person I saw. They told me that they could not help me with my banking because they were the only one there. Only one (?) in a full service bank? She told me to make an appointment, but I would not be seen until at least the next day. Walking out the door, I thought of a motto for this bank: "We could not be less helpful even if we tried".

I went to Bank of America with my daughter to open a student account on 06/13/23 it was tuesday, banker there informed us that we couldin't be helped and that the next avaliable apointment wasin 2days on thursday at 2:45 pm. Bank lobby looked empty there were no custumers at that time. I will definitly not be returning!

I have been banking here for over 15 years i do go to the Vernon hills brach for a finical advisor. Helen is amazing and i can't say enough good things about her she know my whole family by name and she takes extra time with my grandmother to explain things. Helen is why we bank with BOA!!!

Bad customer service no proper response from this branch .This was my 2 second they didn’t even want to resolve the issue or listen to the issue. Really disappointed they doesn’t even care about about my money. This was my worst experience from Bank of America. I hope they have to listen to customer problems & solve the customer problems.

It’s a wonderful department and, most importantly, the professional staff are very attentive and smiling. And the head of the Helena branch speaks several languages, including Russian and Ukrainian!! I recommend it especially for newly arrived Ukrainians!!
