I brought in a bag of clothing and shoes to ship to my son at Purdue University for his upcoming Spring Break Cruise with his Fraternity Brothers and Vid spent time finding the best box and best shipment choice for me. He is so kind, very Customer Service Oriented, and extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He is simply AMAZING! I was so happy and knew that Vid was going to ensure my son received the shoes and clothing. I love this store and will be returning soon to send my sister and her daughters their packages.

I had frustrating experiences at FedEx in the past where, despite arriving first, the staff prioritized customers who had come later. Today, during a visit to print out name tags for a meeting, my task was interrupted to serve another customer who had arrived later, without an apology or explanation. When I questioned the staff, I received no response, leaving me disappointed with the unequal treatment and lack of acknowledgment of customers' equal time value. I asked for my USB stick and left empty-handed. Sad to see that still happens in public places.

I selected this FedEx location because it is near my house. Considering that I place several orders a year, it's convenient to place an online order and pick it up in store.This location is not great. There's a employee with severe hygiene issues so I'm forced to hold my breath or ask my husband to pick up my order to avoid the body odor. However, it's still the most convenient location so I continue to place my printing orders there.On January 24, 2024, I placed an online order to be picked up by 4pm on that same day. I picked up my order at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. Annika was the associate who "assisted" me. She informed me that I would have to pay a $50 surcharge for a same-day order. I have never heard of this and, considering that FedEx emailed me to pick up my order, I was quite taken aback. I asked if she could waive the fee since I was not informed - but she told me that she would lose her job. I asked to speak to someone else - but she told me that she was the only employee there. She told me to return the next day to pick up my order so I would not be charged.I was incensed. I placed a $500+ order and Annika was holding it hostage. I needed my product for a work presentation the next day AND I needed to get home to my family. This was wasting a significant amount of time. Finally, Annika called her manager, "Liz" on the telephone who informed her that there is no surcharge on e-commerce orders.Annika smugly gave me my order without asking me to check the quality of the order. She also informed me that she has only worked there for less than one year.Annika needs to be trained in company policies - and she should not be left alone in the store. I also recommend that she be drug tested.I am NEVER coming back to this location. NEVER.

Bilal helped me today, I noticed his name tag say “ in training”, maybe he should be trained on not answering a FaceTime call as he is helping a customer (me) during a transaction

Liz was awesome, she fast tracked my posters after calling and had them ready to pick up within 15mins. I run a venue and use FedEx for many print products, Liz and the team are professional, quick, and very helpful there!

Horrible customer service at this location!!!! If it was not for Rose who helped us at the end, the rest of the staff was so rude to us, basically screaming …We came there to send 2 boxes as one item, which is what seller instructed us to do- but we were told by the managers i believe one was Lisa , not sure about the second name that they can’t take 2 boxes with the same tracking number and instead of saying let’s tape them both together, they were arguing with us !!! So we bought tape there and taped it together (as they should have instructed us to do being service providers at fedex service place.Will never ever go there and will not give them business as they are not competent to provide it!!!!Horrible service, experience is below norm…They should be part of the solution, not part of the problem when working at these types of facilities .

I sent a parcel and I needed to urgently send it as early as possible, I was told that it might arrive on Tuesday and the person had to pick it up on Tuesday, she didn’t come and the person didn’t receive it, and the next day she arrived at the address for the person was gone on the spot and he couldn't get it because he flew to another state

FedEx is my go to for printing services! Although I have a printer at home, sometimes the quality doesn't match up to what I need it for. FedEx makes it super easy, I can submit orders online and they will have it ready for me to pick up shortly after. The quality and attention to detail is amazing. They will call and let you know when the quality of something isn't clear enough, and communicate any questions they may have. When I need to have signage done, I know I can trust them put together exactly what I need.
